The “roast beef” meat is gross! Not the staple, paper thin sliced, slightly pink in the center, delicious roast beef that Arby’s became my favorite as a child and what they are famous for! Instead, you get a loaf sliced, brown 1/8 inch chunk of meat with the rainbow oil film on it, that tastes NOTHING like Arby’s signature roast beef! This location is obviously trying to make budget cuts and decide to serve customers cheaper meat… I know this because I just traveled out of state and ate at 2 other locations of Arby’s and their meat was indeed the signature roast beef Arby’s is known for. Not to mention, every time I get drive through, they mess up my order and by the time I get back to work with several orders from other co workers to open the Covid safety sticker on their bags, something is either missing or the wrong sandwich!! Very sad that there isn’t another Arby’s around for miles and miles!! This location should be reported to the Arby’s main headquarters, which is what I’m about to do! DONT RISK...
Read more12 year old grandson and I realized we hadn't eaten lunch. It was 2:00 and we'd been running around. "How about Arby's?" "Sure!" Our new destination. We ordered and went to get our drinks. Mike and an older customer, both stopped short of colliding. He insisted that she get her drink first. "What a polite young man." Even though I know he is, it's great to have someone else verify it. "Thank you, I think so," was my response. Our order came up and Mike asked if I preferred a booth. "Yep!" We sat down and I greatly enjoyed my root beer, curly fries and chicken, avocado wrap. Mike nearly inhaled his buffalo something, something sandwich, curly fries and cola. On our way out, Mike saw the (ship's) bell near the door. He read the plaque and looked at me. "Do they deserve it?" He nodded. "Then ring it!" A big grin crossed his face. The bell was still ringing as we walked out the door and headed to our next...

My opinion was the wet "filling" was placed on the bottom of the soft bun with the meat on top. The bun was very soft, and with the wet filling, causing the whole sandwich to be soft and mushy. Fresh bread, like Subway's, and less liquid in the filling would improved the overall sandwich. Of course, fresh bread like Publix's would make a huge difference. I've seen your latest ads for the rib sandwich but unless you can improve the bun, I don't think I'll buy one.
OLD REVIEW: I went to this location for the first time to have their new Prime Rib sandwich. Although the sandwich was ok, the bread was soggy. The subway bread is even better than this bread. Nothing beats a Publix sub and...
