Arby's — Restaurant in Florida

I have been here many times with no issues but tonight was a mess. Zachery was running the drive thru and he was very nice. I don't know how long he's been there but I think he needs more training. I placed my order, he asked me to repeat it and then he said it back to me. It was right except the type of shakes which I corrected him on. When I pulled to the window another guy(the manager I think) handed him my shakes and he gave them to me. One was the wrong size(was small should've been medium). I don't mind that he dumped the small into a medium cup to add to it but i think he just added more whipped cream and no shake. When he handed me my food I was missing a sandwich. I turned to tell him and he handed me another bag which I thought was my sandwich but was actually someone else's food. I handed it back and he told the manager about my missing sandwich. They only rang up the one so they re ran my card and then brought my sandwich out after I pulled up. Part way home I checked my receipt to make sure I was charged correctly only to find the food on the receipt was not my order but it had my card number on it, I was charged for someone else's food! I went back and went inside. When I asked the manager he said that I had been charged for the other food but not for mine so it was like a discount and he gave me my correct receipt with the zero charge on it(and I checked my bank account to be sure). I appreciate that I wasn't charged for both but I wish they would've told me so I didn't have to waste time going back. I guess they were hoping I wouldn't notice. Food tasted good but was barely warm and shakes were melted due to me having to go back. Please give your people...

Prime rib sandwich..... too greasy mushy The owner responded to my review.... he wanted more information and sent me a link to go to...... for whatever reason my android wont take me there..... i tried..... I love Arby's roast beef sandwiches.... i should have got those..... i have changed in my senior years.... i loved most fast food.... now i rarely feel the urge to stop Anywhere...... but i pulled in to Arby's on hillsborough near casino Prime Rib sounded delicious... which was a rare feeling nowadays But it was mushy... greasy sloppy I wished i had held the cheese like i usually do.... it was all melted together... it was more like a thick greasy stew.... i will get the 4 for $10. They gave me a water down drink and all the sliders they gave me didn't have any ranch or anything on it just the strip and the buffalo sauce. I called and complain and left my name. I even brought the food back and they still gave me problems I brought the drink back. The manager came and attempt to help but the employees was over talking the managers and now respecting the manager. The guy with the beanie hat not in uniform both being dismissive and not listening questioning everything that I said and didn't get to finish one sentence then started rattling on about how I didn't let him speak when I haven't gotten one sentence in. Then when it was my time to talk he walked away. Got to be the worst experience If you bring the food back and have proof and show them the picture on your phone and show them your phone call to them what else do you need. I wouldn't go here because if they make the mistake they won't own up to it. When I went inside they were handling another mistake they had made. The employee seem like they don't care they don't watch their hands they're not in uniform and they don't respect their manager. They wanted me to sit and wait when the manager comes back. The one question I was trying to ask is do they know for sure he's coming back now or later. They also couldn't call the manager they would rather have me wait in the lobby.
