The presentation was good and their garlic butter for the bread is amazing. That’s how this went from 1 to 2 stars.

The Lobster Bisque was good. I’d get it again. The filet was a huge disappointment. First it wasn’t cooked correctly so it was sent back and they grilled it for another few minutes. I was was surprised when I was chewing on a fatty piece of filet. This is supposed to be Prime. It definitely wasn’t Prime even though they sell it as such.

The chicken Marsala had a ton of oil in the bowl. We’ve never had Marsala with all of that oil.

The kicker was that our waitress never checked on us. My wife was done, my plate was empty except for the undercooked filet. Our drinks were empty. She finally showed up and was surprised there was an issue with the filet. I’ll...

Don't go to eat here as an average Joe at 8pm. Wife and I went. They sat us outside as we requested. Yes we were told mosquitoes would be bad. We are sat. Hostess says "let me get you silverware" ... She never came back. We waited several minutes and not even one server came over to even acknowledge us. Still getting bit by mosquitoes.

Not gonna spend over $20 for an entree if I can't even get a drink within 5 minutes of sitting down. It wasn't even busy. We were either being ignored, or there is zero communication amongst staff. I was starving and I felt ignored. We got up and left when we figured no one was going to come help us. So I ended up at the local dive bar where I got a drink in 2 seconds and felt that refreshing blast of immaculate customer service.

Anyways, I won't...

Horrible experience last night at Arnold Palmer Restaurant. My nephew (Engineer) and wife (Attorney) came to visit from Fort Lauderdale Florida. We are sitting next to the fireplace in the main dining room enjoying our meal and wine all of the sudden this big roach started climbing the brick fireplace wall. My niece could not believe what was happening it was discussing I called our waitress to show her what was going on they all were in shock the roach was running and turning sideways up and down…. Finally the manager showed up with a rag trying to grab the roach .. he then apologized and offer a glass of wine…. This should not be happening in a restaurant of this caliber…. Here he is trying to catch the mother roach .. incredible.. disgusting to say...

Had a work luncheon to celebrate some hard-working folks. We are on the breezeway. Beautiful covered area. Service was fantastic. Lunch was delicious. A wonderful place to meet for lunch or, like we did, had a large gathering. They accommodated 98 of us in the one area. A huge thank you to the entire Arnold Palmer lunch crew! It was not our first work function here and will not be our last. Give them a try. You won't regret it.
