Aroma Joe's Coffee House & Drive Thru — Restaurant in Florida

I don’t usually leave reviews, but as a loyal and frequent customer of this Aroma Joe’s location, I felt compelled to share my recent experience. During my visit today, I was served by an older woman who made me feel extremely uncomfortable. She commented that I “always have multiple orders” and that I “hold up the line and make customers mad.” I only had three orders, which is not uncommon, especially for drive-thru customers.

She then informed me that I could only place an order if no one was behind me and that if another car pulled up, I would need to stop my order and move forward. I also requested ketchup at the first window for my food, but when it wasn’t provided at the second window, I asked again. Instead of simply handing it to me, she told me in a condescending manner that I’m not allowed to have ketchup unless I asked for it at the first window—which, again, I did. She also shut the window on me mid-order.

I’ve always loved this location and have been a consistent supporter, but today’s interaction left me disappointed. Unfortunately, due to this experience, I’ll be choosing to visit a different Aroma Joe’s...

First time visiting an Aroma Joe’s. I usually end up at Starbucks because it’s what I know, but what a wonderful surprise this place was. When you enter, you don’t expect such a nice place in a gas station. The store is extremely clean and the atmosphere is great for a quick cup of coffee and food. Ordering was not an issue. The staff is super friendly. We had a large order and it’s always so intimidating to order coffee nowadays, but the staff was genuinely helpful and explained to me all the terminology without making me feel like an idiot. They were so inviting that we ended up ordering food. Highly recommend it; The coffee and the food. Everything was very tasty. Very impressed overall. My oatmeal caramel macchiato, the breakfast sandwiches, and donuts were delicious!...

I've used 'doordash' to purchase & pickup my meal here twice so far, and with both times I've arrived for my order they've reacted by picking up a tablet and exclaiming "oh such and such is working on that" and this so-called volun-told person, 'such and such' is completely unaware that an order was made 25 minutes ago. I'm there at least 10 minutes past the given time after making my purchase through 'doordash' and now I have to wait another 10 minutes to get what should have been done 15 minutes ago. There needs to be checks and balances in place to help expedite if business transactions are being completed via a third party apps. If that order has been paid for, and a time to pickup has been given, then do what's expected which...
