We had to wait over 30 min just to order our pretzels! Once we had the opportunity to order, the cashier, Destiny was absolutely horrible! From the start her mask said ANTISOCIAL! That should have told us we were in trouble! Her mask was on point, she was extremely rude and had such an attitude! She didn’t even give us our sauce when we ordered the combo and when we asked for it she pretty much flung it at us! We had to tell her three times what drinks we wanted. We ordered pretzel dogs and pretzel nuggets. The pretzel dogs were dried out and burnt and the nuggets were cold and hard! It was very disappointing after waiting in line for so long to have horrible food that was...

The food was stale, instead of making a new food they were selling the ones that were sitting out for hours. I tried to buy a gift card and the girl at the front laughed instead of trying to help me. The employees here dont even know how to get a giftcard to work when your buying with one. In my order i ordered pretzels and two cokes but they forgot to give us our two drinks, we had to ask them. And when we asked we only got ONE coke and the girl walked away into the back, so we had to ask AGAIN for the second coke. And people were not getting helped and the people behind us got the wrong order. If you want the wrong food you should definitely try this...

Store closes at 7 pm we show at 6:30. I order 2 number 4 deals. Apparently they stop making fresh pretzels mid day because we bought the last 2. We were told that "whatever is behind the glass is what is available" and they were stale and foul tasting. Another thing that I found interesting was that the meal deal menu board picture displaces "meal deal" a classic pretzel, Drink and cheese. Our deal did not come with the cheese? I was informed that the cheese is extra! That's like showing a burger deal: Burger, Fries and a drink then being informed that the fries are extra....
