We ordered an XL pizza and 10 wings online for delivery and was given a window of time it would come, this was normal. But then we got past that time and I called only to originally be told it was put through as a pick up order. I said no I paid for delivery. She got attitude and said they go through a third party called slice and that she didn't know what was going on with them and said it had been done almost 30 minutes prior. I advised her this was our first time ordering and did not want cold food. She said it had been under the warmer so it was fine. I said that's not okay we want fresh food as we spent almost $50. She said she would personally bring it to us and if SHE felt it needed to be recooked then she would recook it. I said please don't bring warm food. Well they warmed the food back up and brought it. I'm gonna be honest, that was the worst pizza I've ever had in my life. I've had better frozen pizza than that. If I could give negative stars I would!! We will never EVER order from...

I ordered eggplant with penni pasta, something light and healthy (for a pizza place). I got layers of fried eggplant reheated with sauce and cheese on top (something extraordinarily artery clogging and over the top fattening). I ordered the Chicago pizza with extra cheese (which had no picture) because it said the crust was firm. What I didn't know was that the pounds of sauce they use on it was put on top. As soon as I opened the box I lost my appetite. I always order light sauce on everything from other places. This was like ordering a full can of tomato sauce on top of cheesy bread but the cheese didn't get to brown. Scraping the sauce of the top was the only way I got to eat any of this meal. I have been buying pizza from Bambinos for years and it was my favorite pizza. Today, I received quite possibly the worst pizza I have ever had. It had zero flavor. The crust was horrible, when that was historically my favorite part. I ordered a side of marinara, which is normally full of spices and garlic, but today it looked like nothing more than a can of crushed tomatoes. The pizza, the crust, the sauce, all tasteless. Even the cheese sticks were bad, not even a hint of garlic or spices. Was the chef was sick today and they had someone new trying to get through the day without the recipes? I sincerely hope that this was a once-off issue and not what they intend to offer...
