My boyfriend and I got ribs he had mac and cheese and the potato salad. I had the cowboy beans and coleslaw. All of it was mouthwatering, delicious, bbq perfection. I could go on and on about how amazing the food was but everyone should just go try it for yourself! It's worth it. Also...the customer service was spot on! Blue Moon BBQ hits the spot with the best of em. Whether you're local or traveling from a distance, it's worth the drive. Shawna catered my buddies bachelor party at a local facility and the food was nothing less than a hit. The brisket is tender and melts away in your mouth. The ribs are ridiculously good, the chicken has so much flavor it dances in your mouth, and the pulled pork hits all the right spots. Be sure to also check out her Dr. Pepper BBQ sauce and don't forget the homemade mac n cheese. Thank you, Blue Moon for making a great day...

Got the brisket sandwich, it was really good. The price was appropriate for what I got. Was disappointed at the side options, they only had mac&cheese and beans, so I just got the sandwich which was plenty filling for a meal. I would’ve liked to get coleslaw and/or fries, or maybe even some collard greens. It’s at a food truck lot; during my visit two trucks had a shared covered dining area, nothing fancy but clean. There are also...
