Last night, after enduring a challenging ordeal that left me sleeping in my vehicle in the middle of nowhere, my husband and I found our way to a Popeyes restaurant. I was emotionally drained upset and deeply saddened but the team at this location went above and beyond, even without knowing my situation, to make me feel welcome. Their service was exceptional, fast, and accompanied by delicious food.
However, what mattered most to me wasn’t the taste of the food or the cleanliness of the establishment, though both were excellent. It was the genuine compassion they showed, reminding me of the warmth I feel when my mother welcomes me home with a plate of good food. This heartfelt experience brought a sense of comfort and healing during a time of distress.
The staff operated as a cohesive and remarkable team. A young man named Delton, who greeted me at the counter, made me feel as if I was reconnecting with a younger brother I hadn’t seen in years. His warmth and respect left a lasting impression. The two cashiers, Kaitlin and Hannah, managed both the drive-thru and counter with remarkable efficiency, ensuring a smooth flow of service. One of them even offered me a coupon, making my meal more affordable a small but impactful gesture of kindness.
The manager, Jennifer, exemplified leadership. Despite being visibly busy, actively jotting down notes and overseeing operations, she remained approachable and maintained a supportive presence for her team. Lastly, Tony, the cook, worked quietly but impressively in the back, preparing fresh, flavorful food under what must have been significant pressure. Despite the demands of his role, his positive spirit shone through in the quality of his work.
I am incredibly grateful to Jennifer, Delton, Kaitlin, Hannah, and Tony for their efforts and the comfort they provided me during a difficult time. Their professionalism, teamwork, and compassion turned a challenging day into a moment of solace. Businesses should take note of employees like these, as they are the heart of exceptional customer experiences.
Thank you for making me feel at home when I needed it most. Wishing you all a wonderful New Year filled with success and happiness.

Read moreThe food was what I expected. It's fast food which I rarely buy. I was running behind and didn't take anything out of the freezer. Shame on me, I'd rather eat my own cooking, I don't trust big corporate farming, they are depleting our soil of nutrients and they never let the soil rest and let rotting vegetation be reintroduced into the soil the way it should be. Also, the pesticides they use are now not only on the outside where you can wash it off, it's inside the food itself, can't be washed off. So with a decrease of nutrients and an increase of pesticides it's no wonder we are not as healthy as our grandparents or great grandparents. Our food has been modified until things don't taste like they used to. The flavor is gone and what is left is like dog food, it's just a filler so we don't feel hungry, we aren't supplying our bodies with the vitamins, minerals and fiber that we all need to work and keep up with today's busy schedule. Guess who will pay the price for thinking we know better than mother nature, we will with our health, our mental clarity, our agility our loss of energy and feeling tired all the time, never well rested. I hope we find an answer soon or life spans will start declining instead of our living longer and healthier. What a...
Read moreEvery employee needs to be fired and trained staff hired. The worst experience I've ever had at any type of restaurant ever. The staff walked like they were in quicksand, no greeting, eye contact , acknowledgement of any kind except by the counter person and that was after standing there for 10 minutes. Counter person was also the manager. Very rude young woman doing window orders definitely needs to go. A woman came in to get her order because she had been waiting 30 minutes at the drive through. Rude young woman handed it to her and glared at her while she made sure it was correct and didn't apologize for the long wait. This was for a $54 order When I finally got my order my friend had already finished his meal. The rude girl handed me my fine in order in a to go bag and sarcastically said ' you're welcome'. There is no excuse for this type of service. I would give minus 10 stars if that was an option. I'm definitely going to call corporate headquarters about my experience at...
