Brahma Bull — Restaurant in Florida

VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! This used to be my favorite place to eat. Last 2 times have been horrible!! 1) A friend and myself ordered prime rib because they USED to have the best, 20 mins later we are told they don't have it but we can have a larger steak for the same price. Great, well steaks come out, very good but they charged us the full price $32,99 each. 2) We literally just left after ordering 2 prime rib dinners and a Philly cheese sandwich. If you like chewing on shoe leather you would have loved it. Both prime rib steaks were replaced the 1st time and same thing. Philly sandwich I literally took off the bread and cut the strips with a knife which wasn't even easy. The waitresses were sweet as usual, but the manager only comped one prime dinner. So 3 sweet teas and onion rings and an order of Cole slaw that was eaten cost us $49. Great way to lose customer miss ma'am. Hope the band is good you...

Stopped in on a Monday evening while passing through Town. Originally was looking for a great steak, which I've ordered from here many times before. My group ended up just grabbing some spinach dip, loaded nachos and chicken fingers. Service was slow but she was very polite and friendly. Live entertainment came in and set up after we were seated. When they started playing, people got up and started dancing together. They had a discounted Customer Appreciation Monday Menu available to order from, in addition to their regular menu. The majority of patrons tonight were seated at their full liquor bar and all seemed to be local regulars by the feel of the conversations. After six calls which I was hung up on every call , I was only trying to ask price of Prime Rib and Large Porter House and how busy they were on a Sunday Mother's day..I have never been treated so rudely un my life , I work for a Treasure Coast magazine doing restaurant reviews , I see they only have 3 to 3.5 stars , I can't possibly see how they have a rating of that high , walked in and was treated even more disrespectful than the calls. Left with a hungry stomachache and our day totally ruint.. Inbound never advise anyone to waste their time on this restaurant/Bar sheet hole..
