Had an amazing server Jasmine, we were there for our monthly girls meet up for brunch. She was very patient with us while we did a lot of talking and came back for our order. Food was great but with they had more drink options. Had the sangria and it wasn't very strong and the other options were just drinks with champagne or vodka I believe. It was very warm and we asked to have the fans turned on due to the amount of people and the kitchen being an open setting it definitely got warm and smokey in there. I had the chicken and waffles, I had kind of expected more but it was very basic. If I go back will definitely choose something different, they have a large selection and the food looks amazing.

Absolutely fantastic. There will be a line so be prepared. To us, long line indicates the locals love it AND the food must be good. This place didn't disappoint!! My eggs were a little bit too runny - but the thick cut bacon was perfection on the plate. They also serve DUCK BACON if you are into the exotic scene... not me - I'll take pork!! The French toast was superb as well. Prices were a bit high... breakfast for 2 bill was $41. We'd highly recommend giving this place a try. BUT again SUPER BUSY on weekend so be prepared to wait - if you don't have to wait - a BONUS!! Parking can be tight as well...

So after my 1st review, we become regulars. We try to make it once a week or at least every other. I haven't found a better brunch place with comparable prices. It's a nice, little, cozy brunch spot. Their eggs Benedict is bomb! Their cinnamon roll is super good too, served warm and soft! I normally get a Mexican version of eggs Benedict....I forgot the name. But it's really good! They have a delicious hot sauce. All of their beverages are on point from their coffee drinks to their bellini and mimosas. Seriously my favorite place for brunch.

SORRY SO Long

We went to Brunchies in Lutz, for Mother’s Day. We had 9 people in our party. We have visited here before with as many as 8, but we had an extra person with us. My oldest is a quadriplegic whom is wheelchair bound. Her power chair is her form of independence. It unfortunately takes up the equivalent of 1 ½ table chairs. The foot rest stick out more than regular Wheelchairs do as she cant move or feel her feet so the larger foot rest help protect her feet from falling off or get ran into. We arrive and I check our party of 9 into the restaurant. We were told it would be about 20 to 30 min wait. I said no problem and we found a place to sit in the waiting area. 30 minutes later a young man tells us that he can seat us now but only at 2 tables. and he tells me then we have to split up into 2 groups as the restaurant’s policy on Holidays is no more than 2 tables together. I attempted to explain how crowded that would get and how our daughter chair needed to be between the 2 pedestals under the table to fit, but couldn’t get a word in edgewise as he kept interrupting me every 3 words. He proceeded to tell me that it was either that or they would have to refuse service. I asked where this policy was noted, as I’ve never heard of it before and our family has eaten there on many occasions. He stated it wasn’t listed. I also attempted to explain how when I checked in no one told me of this policy and I was attempting to ask if there was any way we could be accommodated under the circumstances, but the staff member kept interrupting me and repeating the exact same line. I looked over at my daughter whom by this time was about to cry as she was feeling embarrassed that there wouldn’t be enough room , and she asked if we could just go. I said ok, but wanted to speak with the owner to explain how her manager made my daughter feel and how it was poor service for not telling us this until we were waiting for 30 minutes. I went to a hallway to speak with her as I was not trying to cause a scene, and she starts yelling at me how “pissed off” she was that I accused her manager of being discriminatory. I explained that I never said that to him, nor was I thinking that…She then stated “that my son” So apparently another patron called her son out on something of their own observation and that’s all she is concerned with. She isn’t concerned with how her “son” embarrassed a defenseless person, she isn’t concerned with how her staff failed to explain something so that a larger party didn’t wait around needlessly for 30 min on a very busy mother’s day morning. She was only concerned with how her son was accused of discriminating against a disabled person. She didn’t care that I was upset or my family was upset, but she was concerned that other people were upset about us needing 3 tables. (which I was not aware there were others upset). She walked away from me not giving a damn and all I was trying to do was explain that we were leaving and that her manager was rude, NOPE Mommy was upset, her grown son was accused of something by a completely different person and was taking it out on me. I will NEVER patron this establishment again. The complete lack of compassion and professionalism is astounding. We were never told of this 8 person max policy until after waiting 30 min, I was not allowed to ask clarifying questions nor explain anything before being dismissed with utter disregard, and the owner can’t deal with any complaints regarding her son “the manager” I was not even thinking he was discriminating against us and I never accused him of that, but now that I think back, and realize he was unwilling to at least listen to anything I was trying to say, Im starting to think he was and was hoping we would leave. Shame on you Brunchies for...

Just returned home from lunch at Brunchies Breakfast and Lunch. I've not been there before but Guy has and he said I would like it. We planned to go a few Sundays ago after church. We drove up, saw the line and went somewhere else. We went today. No waiting. Brunchies is a nice sized breakfast and lunch only restraunt. It's clean and they offer both tables and booths. We were welcomed and seated immediately. Guy was right, I was impressed. I knew what I wanted before we even got there. As I looked at the menu I saw at least three salads, 4 breakfast items and a few sandwiches I wanted to order to take home. I didn't. I pretty much order Eggs Benedict at breakfast places because I like them and they're hard to find. Brunchies has them listed as Eggs Bennie. I requested that the English muffins be well toasted and they were. I received 2 perfectly poached eggs with Canadian bacon on english muffins that were toasted the way I requested. The hollandaise sauce was rich and creamy and didn't separate. All together very good. The meal came with home fries, tomatoes or grits. I choose the grits and asked if I could have cheese grits instead. I was told I could. I should have chosen the home fries. The grits were hot and had real cheese melted on top, but no flavor. I only had a few bites. Guy had a skillet breakfast that came in an iron skillet. Hence the name skillet breakfast. It had real beef, (not that Dinty Moore stuff was his comment) home fries and various veggies. The server suggested Brunchies home made hot sauce to sprinkle on the meal and Guy said he'd try it. Guy said it was better than the watery stuff most restraunts have. It had body but wasn't too hot. He compared it to hot sauce he got in the Caribbean. High praise. I look forward to going...

HORRIBLE- GOT AWAY FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE As a steady customer who frequents the place weekly, to say we were disrespected, is a complete understatement. To start, Sunday's are busy days and that's a given and accepted, This has nothing to do with having to wait or patience as we know the customer flow. To keep this short, kids are keeping the list at the cash register, tables are "being reserved" for customers that are not showing or that are late (table for 8 in front), leaving others to sit and wait for no reason. Waiting lists are made, but are obviously ignored because patrons " just arriving" are being seated before those that have been waiting. This place offered a complimentary coffee station but decided to take it away because "they claim it was effecting their coffee sales once customers were seated." However, the Dale Mabry location continues to offer this service. I attempted to contact the owners "Bill & Janet" but their staff indicated that they were too busy to take the call" followed by "you can call them at the end of the day if you want." I tried to voice my complaint PRIOR to going to social media. In the end this conclusion exists, there is NO LOYALTY to their constant customers. Too many breakfast establishments to choose from to deal with this. My money is green, it's accepted anywhere!! Bye bye Brunchies...Kekes and Wolf den...
