"I'm compelled to share my disappointing experience at this establishment, which prompted me to write this review. Upon arriving 20 minutes early for my 2:45 pm Door Dash pickup, I was met with dirty looks and a complete lack of acknowledgement from the staff. Despite waiting for 15 minutes beyond my scheduled pickup time, my order was not ready. Meanwhile, several new customers arrived, placed their orders, and received their food while I was left waiting. When I inquired about my order, I was told to wait five more minutes, only to be informed later that the staff was unsure about the status of my order. It wasn't until the Door Dash customer called the restaurant that I finally received my order. Unfortunately, this isn't my first encounter with this establishment, and while my previous experience was slightly better, the poor customer service remains consistent. The empanadas are the best, delicious and crispy. The Maracuya cheesecake is also delicious and such a different option. The truck is clean and the service is always good. Unfortunately, I haven’t enjoyed the other items, and always end up throwing more than half in the trash. I’ve tried the arepa con carne desmechada, el perro, la perra, and salchipapas. The quality of the items doesn’t seem good, the burger party was flavorless, I feel they try to make up for it with the sauces, and ends up being too much. The arepa was hard, and not tasty. The French fries are frozen, and the hotdog is just regular. I will still come back for empanadas and maracuya cheesecake, and I’ve been wanting to try the carne asada, but seems pricey, I’m afraid I will throw it away too, so I am hesitant. The truck has a lot of potential, I hope they use these reviews to improve their menu so more people can support them, and those who already do would be willing to spend more money...

Everything is super expensive right now so I'm very careful where I spend my money. So I carefully read reviews and take a chance if things look good. Today I tried an arepa that is sold as containing Angus beef. I couldn't believe when I opened my meal that in the arepa there was a disgusting greasy freezer quality burger. I tried to eat it as I paid so much for it but I could feel the grease going down my throat.

I love to support small business but you have to do better. I don't debate that you may have worthy dishes but when you pass this garbage as authentic and it costs a lot of money as if it was full of fresh ingredients, you're deceiving customers who entrust you with their hard-earned money and you lose them.
