I stopped into this location to grab breakfast on July 12, 2025 around 9 AM. There were four people in the entire restaurant two people working an Uber eats driver and myself. I walked into the restaurant to find the lady working the counter arguing with the Uber eats driver About an incorrect order.
She motioned the driver to leave so she could take my order. I ordered a ham egg and cheese croissant meal with a large Coke to drink and large hash browns. I asked her for double Hamm at least a dozen times. Additionally, I ordered a small French toast sticks.
After taking my order and paying almost $20 for my food, I stood back and waited while she continued to argue with the Uber eats driver.
Shortly after my food was ready, and as I made my way to a dining room table, I quickly realized the order was incorrect.
I got a regular ham egg and cheese croissant, missing the double ham I thought I paid for. I got a regular size hash brown and a small cup for self serve Coke. The French toast sticks I received was a large order that had 6 to 8 sticks in the bag
After hearing the lady continue to argue with the driver, it was just a loss. There was no way I was gonna go argue with somebody that was clearly wrong and follow suit of what the Uber eats driver was going through.
The customer experience was incredibly terrible and I would never return to this...

Everytime you pull up in the drive through you have to say hello into the speaker to get anyone to respond. The owner is sitting on a potential gold mine if he/she had half a brain to spend money and hire a capable manager that could train employees correctly in basic service skills. No thank yous, no smiles, no Welcome to Burger King. No ketchup, no ice! I just don’t understand why it’s so hard for this place or Del Taco next door properly train. If they had half the customer service experience that chick filet did, people would be lining up on hey 98 to get food. The owner of this franchise should fire himself or actually go do the work…but then again, it could just be a tax write off because they obviously don’t give a flip about their business. The Jamaican guy at the window is horrible and n desperately needs training in soft skills. He acts like he’s doing you a favor…on his phone, doesn’t say thank you or pull up to the next window or anything. What a joke! Do Not to To this...

Entire inside restaraunt completely covered in trash on every table with an unnecessary excess of workers sitting around doing nothing and literally twiddling their thumbs. Had to wipe off the only somewhat not sauce covered table in the building as the workers stared at us. Order taker was rude and didn’t respond to basic greeting. Ordered chocolate shake and watched register lady try to make it but was struggling with the blender machine thing, she walked around for a second to ask another worker for help then gave up without asking and just handed it to me with a ton of chocolate syrup not mixed in sitting on the top. One small order of chicken fries has taken over 15 minutes and still hasn’t come as im sitting with my elbows on this sticky table. Kinda trash tbh but will still probably come back just drive through next time cause the crew in the back looks like they are actually doing something. Edit: Got my food 10 min after.
