Worst Burger King around. For awhile (about 2 years ago) they were doing great, we came all the time for little snacks and occasionally meals. The employees used to be nice and friendly. It’s a complete failure now. Most of the employees are rude, have zero personalities and want to argue with you when they miss food in the bag. They’ve argued with me on numerous occasions that the item(s) I said was missing wasn’t ordered, even though it would clearly be on the receipt. The “cooks” have come out to the drive thru window to tell me I’m wrong because they remember putting the item in the bag, even though it clearly wasn’t there after taking every item out of the bag numerous times to show the employees. They do this weird thing in the morning where they want to “keep their wait times down” (which doesn’t really make sense? It seems more like they’re trying to make corporate think they’re slinging food faster than they are) so they ask you to just sit at the first window until the food is ready. The food is always really poor tasting. The burgers taste old, the mayo tastes rancid on the whoppers, the whoppers look like a mess every time with big thumbs prints on the tops. If you pay extra for cheese, you’re probably not going to get it. Breakfast wise, it’s hit or miss. Sometimes the breakfast sandwiches aren’t bad but sometimes they’re cold as ice. The French toast sticks are never cooked fully, they’re like limp fries and the hash browns taste like old oil fairly often. To make matters worse, they literally don’t answer their phone at all. I’ve come home missing items or missing extra ingredients I’ve paid for and I’ve called and the phone just rings and rings and rings. When you write Burger King on their website, they give you a $5 coupon, which requires you to purchase something else to use it and half the time the app isn’t working so you can’t use the coupon. It seems like they have zero interest in actually fixing the problem and just send out coupons to shut customers up. This place needs new management. Why they’re letting the employees act like this, and they’re letting the food go out like that is completely unacceptable. If you aren’t happy, go find another job and let someone do the job that actually cares. I understand the employees don’t make a lot and this isn’t the ideal job, I completely get it…but atleast just make the food right. Read more4011 Del Prado Blvd in north fort myers Fl was terrible. I wish I could give them no stars. I went through drive thru on June 11, 2021 at 9:00 and did leave till about 9:30. I ordered 3 of the same meal and a chicken sandwich which Candice (the old lady) said she needed to check and see if they had it she came back and told us she had some in, as we pulled behind another car the lady came out and said she didn’t have any chicken. I asked her why she said she had them when she didn’t and she explained very rudely that she saw one made but it was old so we ordered 4 of the same thing instead of 3. After 5 minutes of sitting in line we got to the window and she hadn’t changed our order even though we saw her just standing there. She told us our total was going to be more because the other meal was more, which we were fine with then handed us the wrong drinks and left the wrong ones there for someone else to order. We sat there and no one was doing anything the cooks were standing back there and the manager was one of them and he was on the phone the whole time. There was a younger girl who was standing to bag the food and wasn’t bagging anything and Candice was taking more orders when no one was doing anything instead of doing something and telling the guys in the back to start cooking. After 10 more minutes of sitting there we asked what we were waiting for she completely ignored us and we kept asking and she still didn’t answer so we yelled for her to hear us and asked again and she disrespectfully snapped back and said for your food! I asked all of it and again she inconsiderably shouted yes!! By now we are very uncomfortable and discussed by these employees! We waited for another 5 minutes and still didn’t get all of our order! After we got all of our food we got it home and a lot of it was thrown together and smashed, the fries were almost cold and had no salt on them! Read moreThis Burger King really needs to get it together I live 0.3 miles away, but have to drive to a Burger King eight minutes away just to avoid the havoc of this place! there is an issue every single time I come .. my most recent experience what is causing me to leave this review.. after pulling up to an empty drive-through, the lady said, I will be with you in a moment somebody pulled up to the second drive-through next to me and she took their order. I waited and waited. She never came back to my window and only was answering the people at the other window. There were three cars behind me at this point, and all of us had to back up to get out because she never came back to our window. I go inside tell them what Happened placed my order, and proceeded to wait in the dining room for 20 minutes for my 19$ order. To be told that my card never went through & I had to pay again they told me that they do not except prepaid cards which I have never dealt with for me to then get home and find that I was charged twice on the prepaid card and once on my debit card for the $19 order luckily my bank took care of it they could see that it was an error so I didn’t have to go back and try to figure it out at the Burger King . This is just one of many issues I have dealt with whenever we go to this Burger King. We know we have to wait a minimum of 20 to 30 minutes for our food wether it’s 2pm or 10pm Hence the reason we take the extra eight minute drive and go...
