Been here a few times and this restaurant is overall becoming disappointing. The food quality is not consistent and the customer service is lacking. If today's visit was my first visit, I would not return.
Cons: MAJOR CON: they give tiny end pieces and count them as a full rib (pictured). The end pieces are small, have little meat, and are mostly burnt. The extra rib tips they give are nice, but I'd prefer a full size rib. Plus, the tips are also burnt. If you eat the burnt pieces, I promise the burnt rib smell will stay in your body for at least a day. -customer service is just okay. No greeting. No thank you. No have a nice day. It's like they want you to get your food and go. Except you have to wait 15+ minutes to get your food before you can go. No friendly conversation happens here. -you must double check your order before you leave. If you notice something is wrong/missing after you walk out the door, it's really hard to get them to correct their error they do not answer the phone. Days and hours of operation randomly vary. -sides are just okay. The greens are horrible. I mean, HORRIBLE. The mac and cheese is oddly grainy, but edible if starving. It tastes btter the next day as leftovers. The potato salad is edible but not great. Maybe, borderline decent/good. The baked beans were the best side I've tried, but the cinnamon is a little heavy.
Pros the original BBQ sauce is really good IF you get a real rib and not the burnt rib ends, the meat is actually really good. Come here for the meat, not the sides. wait times aren't that long IF you come at the right time -prices

Read moreThis was my first visit here. When we walked in, we looked at the menu and was trying to decide what we wanted. My husband went with the drip fries and I just went with a side of Mac and cheese because when I asked about the chicken dinner, I didn’t know that they had other chicken besides the BBQ chicken because I wasn’t told this until I asked. The customer service was not the best so I decided not to spend more than a certain amount of money. The Mac and cheeses was ok, I wouldn’t buy it again though. My husband said the drip fries was not all that great. I guess we won’t be returning here🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️.
Advice for customer service, if someone ask you about something on the menu, they are more likely not familiar with your establishment. If they say they don’t like a certain food because the way it’s cooked, this is your opportunity to sale something else on the menu. For instance, hey I know you don’t like the BBQ chicken but we have fried chicken and baked chicken if you would like to try that. Also greet your customer, say hello welcome to (company name), let me know if you have any questions. Thank your customer for coming, they are spending their hard earned money at your...
Read moreI wish I had read the reviews especially concerning the banana pudding it was horrible with a lemon taste and powered milk just horrible. Had the peach cobbler and it was water and the cobbler part was bad. So the place was highly recommended by a friend of my sister who I advised to block her number. So I spent 75 on my order feeding 4 adults and 4 kids so price not bad should have saved on the 5 desserts. The drip was not bad more cheesy than expected they must have been out of the tangy sauce. My sister spent 35 dollars and it was not up to par the fries should be crispy and should taste like barbecue not cheese fries.
So I say that to say this do not bother with the sides we tried the collard greens, green beans, baked beans and macaroni and cheese all equally unremarkable and can for veggies and beans. I also agree with some the customer service sucks with that level of customer your food need to drip!
Just get the meats...
