Worst customer service ever every time I go there I'm being mistreated by the employees, the always have attitude and are rude with the customer with no reason. I go to different locations but almost all are the same. I'm from Miami and the one located at 8080 NW 7th AVE with store #5467 is the worst. They neveeeer do the orders right, they never pack anything extra like ketchup or any sauce that your combo includes, not even the straws or forks. All the time you order online just to avoid speaking with the employees because they mistreat you they ask for your name at the window and give you the order sealed of course because they think is for uber or doordash and when you open your own order to verify and find something wrong and tell them they start screaming at you because you open the order thinking is a doordash or uber eat order... like they dot have a system that tells them or they don't want to do the job right and is like all the timeeee and you have to bear the whole situation all the time. Yesterday I ordered like I normally do so I went to the window to pick up my personal order and the woman ask for my name I told her my name and then she went to prepare the drink and when she come back she ask me for my recipt for the name and I went in to my order in the app and show her the receipt and try to explain that my recipt do not have a name and she started screaming at me because supposedly I jump on to her from my car at the driver sit when I was trying to show her the receipt because the window on the drive thru is on the passengers at that point she started to insult me and I was like can you give me my order because there is the order # that confirms that is me and im not making names at random to steal food like she make me feel then, she slam the door at my face because she is not gonna give me my food because they at checkers don't deal with order # and without a name she is not gonna give me anything and I already pay for that. Is her job to solve the situation if my order doesn't have a name at least hear what the client have to say don't slam the door and say that you are not gonna give the clients food. I would like to receive a call from you because that person can't stay there treating people like that that happend around 10:33pm on 06/13/24 at 8080 NW 7th AVE with store #5467. She cursed and was rude at me with no reason and to grab my food I had to step out of my car and try to reason with her because even with my order # she denied to give my food at the end she give it to me cursing and telling me to get the f out. I ask for her name and she refuses telling me get your f food and get out. I guess they hate their job or they weren't having a great day or any other reason but that not the way to treat anyone anywhere at the end we both end up cursingbut who wouldn't she was rude to me for no reason. An employee like that, is clear don't want to work there and hate their job because she didn't want to solve the situation because if you dont have step one you proceed to step 2 in other words do her job like is supposed to do why to keep it if is doing harm to your company. I hope you do something about it and put more effort on hiring personnel and a good manager that at least give a good customer service and don't approve that work...
Read moreHello and welcome to my family’s review for Checkers. First, when we pulled up, we second guessed staying, unsure if the areas was safe. We took our chances. It took a while to order, not because of the wait, but because the guy taking our order mumbled and wasn’t very responsive. Had to repeat myself several times and correct his responses to what was being ordered. I ordered the two doubles for however much it was and was charged and given two orders of the two doubles. Had to ask for our drinks a couple times as well as we were told that we were already given the drinks even though we weren’t. We finally got everything, but the food was not great. The workers are terrible, do not waste your time at Checkers. When we were done ordering, we said thank you, and they just stared with no response. When we got the chicken tenders they were rock hard and our kids didn’t finish them. After reading the reviews, I realize we should have read the reviews before stopping here and we would have passed up on this experience.

At this point, how is she an assistant to any manager at this point? Her attitude was so dry and unprofessional. I placed my order, okay no problem until i met the nightmare at the window!
