Pretty fair receiver can’t complain too much here I just wish they would have unloaded me the day before when I arrived. However my appointment wasn’t until today at 6am their reason for not unloading me early was they just received 3 trucks and had no room to off load me. Good news they did allow me to park on the street and wait til my appointment time this morning. This was helpful knowing that truck parking is limited here in Miami. I know this all so well since I use to live in the area. Also you are in the hood so do keep in mind if you get out and walk around the locals will know your not from these parts lol. My unloading time for this receiver was pretty quick checked in at 6am out by 7am headed to truck washout in Ft. Lauderdale 20miles away was the closest I found. Do not do business with this company. They order products, receive products and then dispute payment months later. When you involve law enforcement they pretend that it was disputed in error and that they will repay. It has been almost a month since they spoke with law enforcement and are still refusing to pay for product they received and have been using since July. Arrived 6:30 for 7am appt. Small streets, residential neighborhoods very tight. Room for 2 trucks out front on street. One truck in front of me when arrived. 9:30 that truck is still in the dock door for what looks like 19 totes of ham im assuming. So far 3 hours waiting for them to unload the first truck. They only have 2 docks at 738 but already it’s 1 star service. Sign on the door that says they rake 2 30 minute breaks. One at 8:30-9:00 and another I believe it was 12:30-1:00.
