China King Restaurant — Restaurant in Florida

I order f on here a lot and I've never had an issue. I call and asked for the cheese wantons and the guy will correct me and say you mean crab Rangoon. I tell him yes. Tonight I tied saying it right and said fried crab wonton. Maybe I didn't maybe I did say fried wonton. However, I went back and said hey this isn't what I wanted. The guy automatically gave me an attitude and he has never never been that rude. Dude I would of been more than happy to pay for the Rangoon, adding to my order. I went in to grab my food and told the guy you know I felt really disrespected there was no need for the attitude and normally you are awesome and nice. The guy literally um hmm um hmm me the hole time sorry umm hmm now we threw food away a waist. Will not be going back! All it took was a simply an acknowledgement on your end and my end. Would of been more than happy to add to my order. I understand y'all trying to make money and I completely understand running a business and I promise the attitude will run you to the ground faster than cutting food cost, I promise. Giving 1 star just because of that and the fact I won't be back. I'll run that line and handle customer service better than you could...

Food quality here is hit or miss in terms of flavor/overly greasy/ seasoning / portions. Lo Mein container the other night was 1/3 full of oil run off. I don't expect lo mein to be healthy, but I do expect it to not swim in oil.

Staff is always a miss. Kid at the counter has an attitude, before someone says "Oh they might be having an off day" he's been this way for 5 or so years. The other staff are just as rude w/ attitudes.

Two times in a row they have forgotten something from my order, said I didn't order it, but the total is what it would have been with that item. Frankly, have given them way too many chances, I will be looking for somewhere that may not be as convenient but surely has a...

Bad food, ripped off. I found their menu online and orders a combo, because it didn't ave lunch specials on it. Price was high. I ended up paying more than $2 for the same food I would have gotten with the lunch special. It's like paying full price for an item on sale.

And the food was bad. The fried rice tasted like it was left overs from the fridge and it was not even heated right or seasoned well. The lo mein noodles were too thick,. the egg roll was gross, they have ground up slurry inside it, tasted like the bad frozen supermarket kind. They didn't even put soy sauce in the bag.
