I never do this, but mine and my wife’s experience with this place tonight commanded this review. My wife placed an order for a 16” pizza and teriyaki boneless “wings”. She drove up and picked up the food and apparently was met with an additude from the blonde lady at the register... no problem, busy, we get it. When she got home we dug into the pizza and after a few short bites of the slice, I tried the “wings”... super overdone, almost stone like... inedible to say the least. I called to complain and was met immediately with attitude from the blonde lady answering. I ended up driving to the establishment with said burnt food in hand, and yet again met with an attitude from the blonde lady, this time in person. The manager apologized up and down which is a saving grace and he even replaced the terrible food with the same order that was actually edible this time. However, the entire experience, especially with the blonde lady up front giving my wife an attitude in person, me an attitude over the phone and in person, is enough for us to take our hard earned business elsewhere for dining when we are fortunate enough to splurge. It’s a shame that a working class establishments employees aren’t in tune with working class people that choose to spend their hard earned money with them. Wanted to share our experience at Fat Apple last night. They gave us the wrong items as a carry out after waiting 20 minutes after they said it would be done . Went back to return the food and the owner (husband) was really rude and trying to say we ordered the wrong item. Argued that a calzone doesn't have meat in it. Simply untrue and we asked for meat which was not inside either of the two calzones. He was super reluctant to refund the money and said feel free to go somewhere else next time. We live in the community right next to the establishment and it is the general consensus with the whole community that the food is sub par on top of being treated poorly as a paying customer. Their hired help took the phone order and was clearly the reason for the mishap. We have been there a few times and enjoyed the owners (wife) conversation. Long story short, his choice of response has resulted in us never going back there...

This is a update the silician pizza has shrunk and there toppings are now a ground by product. No more rope sausage slices its ground No flavored pork by product. Literately no flavor sauce has been watered down and dough is inch's smaller than a few months ago used to fill a large pizza box not any more pleasantly or room left inside the box. Try using a small box maybe that might trick your customers. Another good food place going down hill quick. Cheating customer from the quality food you used to serve. Don't blame covid either you closed for a two weeks family vacation just like you did other years.... Shame on you........
