I had the absolute worst experience with their lack of customer service. And although I refused to accept their food I could see through the clear plastic lids and noticed how amateur they are. I ordered a Singapore rice noodle dish that came out to $15. The rice noodles with shrimp meat was $9, then add $1 extra charge for each additional vegetable of the Singapore noodles recipe. The food lacked sauce and the additional vegetables were hardly noticeable. My biggest concern was not only from the sarcastic attitude of the younger male, but also the hostile service from the owner. I wanted to change my tip amount through my debit card and neither of the men could talk to me without constantly raising their voices over mine. I have a voided transaction to show to my bank and report that they fraudently charged from my account. The only woman there silently watched everything from the kitchen. These are not nice men. They are verbally abusive and toxic. Don't reward that sort of behavior.
My response to the reply is that you're wrong. I was NOT offered a cash refund! AND, it may have seemed to you ma'am that I shouldn't have asked the owner's race however HE LIKEWISE asked me for mine. You DON'T know what you're talking about! You have NO defense. Lastly, I'll NEVER order from you again because there are nicer people down the...
Read moreThis is literally the best Chinese American food I've ever tried! We moved from Chicago about 10 years ago and ,besides Chef Li in Oldsmar, have yet to find anything even remotely close to a quality experience.
I ordered here a few weeks ago, had the Kung Pao and the General Tsos with a side of rangoons. Everything was prepared in about 15 mins (Sunday around 6:30pm FAST) and was so fresh and hot , you can tell the quality of that kitchen. They even give you a free item for orders over $20, got dumpling soup (dope) . The family running the business are definitely an operation to be taken seriously ,but super friendly!
When I got home the wife and I were just amazed at the flavor and amount of food you get , we had leftovers for work. The king pao was perfect , the fried and white rice were moist and fresh, the egg rolls / crab rangoon were crispy as F.. (perfect) the free soup was refreshing and not overly salty.
I have not ate at a restaurant where I was this impressed in so long, and for it to be a takeout/delivery chinese joint just WOW.
To end this rant, I ordered again tonight, the wife and I both had kung pao. It was just as epic as the...
Read moreHow? I don't understand how this place has decent reviews. I just don't get it. Maybe I've been spoiled with so many Chinese restaurants where I'm from, but even if I've never eaten Chinese, I can't imagine enjoying this place. Maybe I showed up on a bad day, I don't know! I ordered chicken chow mein, and there were no noodles, just full of lettuce or cabbage, I don't even know it was so wet and soggy. Took it back, and the guy said Chow mein doesn't have noodles 🤯. WHAAT? That is news to me! He said I should have ordered low mein. Well, I couldn't eat that, so at least I also ordered beef with broccoli. Opened the container, and it stunk. With no other options and being so hungry, I gave it a try anyway. I know, bad move. I think the meat was rancid. I apologize if this is what Chinese food in the South iis actually like because judging by the reviews, people seem to find it acceptable. I'm not sure if I even want to try Chinese again in Florida. Hopefully, someone on the same page as me has a...
