Incident 6/2/2025 7:30pm. Chipotle food itself is great. Unfortunately, I am writing a bad review because the employee that was serving me is incompetent and really killed my vibe. I ordered a barbacoa bowl with a side tortilla side of guac and a side of queso. When I went to the cashier, I saw him whispering to her to charge me extra, note I've been coming to this location for a year and my total always comes out to $17.17 total and of course she rang me up and the total was $21.40. Confused, I asked her why it was so much this time? And she said I got queso on the bowl and a side of queso. I told her it was incorrect and that it was a barbacoa bowl, side of guacamole, side of queso, and a tortilla. Then the guy that served me come up and says that she has to charge me an extra side because I asked for a side of sour cream and a side of hot sauce (I don't like it mixing in my bowl) and then he said well if I put it in the bowl it would not have closed and then proceeded to sarcastically ask me "how are you going to take it home if I can't close it?" I answered i am eating it here. The coworkers basically looked at me as if I was poor, while there were 10 people waiting on me to check out so they could check out as well, instead of being understanding and correcting the situation. eventually, someone else came and charged me accordingly. However, there was no apology, just a weird look like as if I was wrong, and he was just doing it to get me out of the line. No manager or shift leader came to access the situation. I've never had a problem at this location. However, this kid must be new and does not know how to treat a consumer/customer. Unfortunately, no one had a name tag, and if I asked for his name, it was going to become a...

On May 20, 2024, I ordered for pick up. This is my last time ever ordering food from chipotle. When I got home my kids order was missing the drink and chips, and instead of a cheese quesadilla they gave me two plain tortillas. The three tacos I ordered for myself as I was eating the taco and I looked into the aluminum foil there was a dead bug. I couldn’t tell if it’s a dead fly or ant. The point is this is the most disgusting experience anyone could ever experience. I was nauseous, and sick to my stomach. This chipotle location used to be better when they first opened but now it’s a hot mess. Every employee is young and rude and attitude towards customer. Which explains why my food had a fly. On another visit I did notice the guacamole turning brown and the lettuce not looking pretty green. I did see flys by the cash register and that’s near the hot food and it should have been my alarm from that day. Lesson learned from May 20th. I could only imagine how much food contamination is happening and people getting sick. I did call the 1-800 number and report it . I also went on social media to report it. I will never eat here again and stick to always...

Literally the worst chipotle in the area.

Everytime you order here the quality is random, you either get the worst burrito you have ever had where the portions are all over the place, or you get a ok burrito, that's it

workers aren't trained at all, last visit there were two people working the counter who both seemed like they did not understand what they were doing, asked for barbacoa and got a huh in response, after explaining it to another worker, they walked over to the guy and pointed at the meat to which we got the smallest tong of barbacoa, like he was afraid of it. the rice portion in one burrito was like half a scoop, and the second person in line asked if I wanted more rice than what I got, they went back and added a scoop in a half just for the same thing to happen to the second one we ordered. all 3 burritos were ripped or had their contents not wrapped properly.

having to explain to the person at the register what we ordered since no one was communicating and they also had no idea what they were doing.

service has been so bad at this location in particular that I'm deleting the...

Absolutely unacceptable. We’ve been loyal customers at this Chipotle, ordering once or twice a week and spending $70–$100 each visit. But this last order? Appalling. My wife bit into her burrito only to find hair in it — not once, but in the queso as well. That’s not just gross, it’s a clear sign of completely unsanitary food preparation. We couldn’t eat any of our food. Our family dinner was ruined. When we contacted customer service, it took multiple chats just to get through, and all they offered was a partial refund and a free drink. A free drink? After serving contaminated food? That’s insulting. Food safety should be the bare minimum. This experience makes me question what’s happening in that kitchen and whether anyone is enforcing hygiene standards at all. We won’t be back — and I sincerely hope management takes this as a wake-up call.

I understand that I only asked for meat and cheese in the tacos, but this is pathetic. Don’t order online, don’t order to go (Joe Pesci had it right). If you don’t stand in front of them and watch them make it, you get garbage. Had high hopes for this location, but in true Chipotle style, they are a disappointment. I suggest the manager fire all of the employees and then find something better to do with his/her time, like boarding up this sad excuse for a restaurant.
