To be completely honest, this is my first time being disappointed with this establishment and this particular location. And I don't eat here very often at all., BUT! the food definitely was not cooked with any kind of Joy or love. I ordered a Mushroom & Swiss Butter Burger and it was drier than sawdust. Freeze dried MAY have been a better option. I gave it a 2 star rating for the simple fact that the fries were good and the strawberry shake was delicious, but what a DISAPPOINTMENT to spend $23 on a burger, fries and a large shake I could hardly choke down and swallow and I do mean CHOKE even with a shake and water. It was so truly disappointing that it hurts my feelings recounting the moment to write this review. Needless to say, BUT I WILL, it was a waste of my money and the effort someone took to go pick it up for me being that I'm bedridden because I had a craving for what I thought was going to be a delicious moment of feeding my craving and spoiling myself eating out. Read moreDue to time constraints we tried this Culver’s location instead of the one closer to our house. Unfortunately both customer service & food were Not to the same standards as our Culver’s . Manager gave us a hard time about a 10% off coupon that we received via email and we offered a screen shot to make the promo code larger for their convenience, after the girl at the register didn’t know what to do she called the manager and he told us no but it could of been handled in a better manner. So after searching for the email we finally got the discount , we then pulled up to the front and waited about 20min more and the same manager dropped off food on his way before coming to our car instead of going to our vehicle in front of the line so traffic can move and I felt like I was holding up the line of traffic again. Then we pulled over to eat as it was getting later & later . All Our food was cold except for the onion rings which felt like they came right out of the oil which explains why our food was probably cold including the fries . We chose not to go back after our experience with management. Soon enough we did not feel well as the meal didn’t settle well in our stomachs . A little stressful and not worth the $30 price tag and getting physically sick over ! If We go back to eat Culver’s it will be to our location from now on or not at all . Read moreLast time I was at this location the staff left the blue number order tag on my door handle (#37) which could have caused damage to my vehicle or someone else's vehicle on the road. Luckily I realized it was still on my door handle after I drove off because it was slapping on my door and I took it off my door handle while driving which took my concentration off the road. I was kind enough to bring it back to the location today when I ordered my next meal. I notified the take out attendant at the drive thru window and all I got was a thanks. Then as im waiting for my food at the window, multiple cars ahead of me so I remained idle at the take out window and the attendant asks me "Are you waiting for anything else" with an attitude. I kindly replied "I got my drink just waiting for the food", Then he looks at me awkwardly with a blank stare, I followed up with the question would you like me to move up? He says "yea" , again with an attitude. This could have gone much better with a little bit of genuine concern. Clearly this gentleman could care less.
