Below is an email that was sent to the store after my experience, no one has responded to even acknowledge their error.
Good morning,
On 7/5/24 I placed an online order for a Reese's peanut butter cup cake. The order pick up date was for yesterday, 7/11/24. I ordered the Reese's cake specifically because it is my son's favorite candy and it was going to be his birthday cake.
On 7/11/24 I went at the scheduled time to pick up the cake I pre-ordered. The cake was brought out from the back, with a printed out sheet that had my name and the cake I ordered attached to the top. I paid for the cake and went on my way. I suppose it's shame on me for not thoroughly inspecting the cake before I left and recognizing it was incorrect. When I got home, after the 25 min travel time, and went to put the cake away, I removed the printed out sheet that was attached to the top of the cover, and saw there were oreos all over the top of the cake, NOT Reese's. I was hoping that perhaps just the topping was an error and there would actually be the Reese's that I had ordered on the inside. It was my son's birthday yesterday, and I was not going to drive nearly another half hour back to the store to return the cake and ask for the Reese's one I had ordered, seeing as how there is there is a 2 day lead time required for custom blizzard cakes. Once it was time to sing happy birthday, my hopes of just a slight error in the cake making were deflated when I cut into the cake and all that was inside were chocolate crunchies. I could not believe that I ordered a custom Reese's blizzard cake and received seemingly a Premade cake with some oreos sprinkled on top.
If the store didn't have the capability to make the custom Reese's blizzard cake as I had ordered, I should have been contacted prior to the date of pick up. I would have canceled my order, because when something is custom ordered, it would be expected to receive the item exactly as ordered, not something substituted with hopes the customer won't notice or complain. I'm extremely disappointed with my experience with your store, and it ruined my son's birthday celebration. Hopefully next time you're store will do better by it's...

We went back today and the drive through attendant told my husband to pull up and wait and they'd bring our food out shortly. After about 5 mins of waiting I realized I was not given my card back so I called the store to tell them this and ask for my card back. The manager (thats who answered) seemed indifferent to the fact that the drice through employee had my card and even said "well what do you want me to do about it? " I told him I wanted my card and wasn't happy about this. He said ok someone will bring it out. I waited another 10 mins and finally walked up to ask for my card. I had to walk into the drive through lane just to get it since the seating area is closed. Then after another few mins when we finally got our food we were missing a drink that I had reminded the manager we were shorted when I called. As someone who works in the customer service industry I at least expected an apology or for the manager to bring my card out right away. I can say that I will never go here again and if I were you I'd watch your cards if you go here who knows what they might try to do. Rest assured I have already called their corporate office as I want a record in case money goes missing...

I told her that was fine but please make sure it has very light ketchup and mustard. I pulled to the other side, opened my burger and the whole thing was covered with ketchup and mustard oozing out everywhere plus there was no cheese. I took it back inside and asked if they could please remake it. The cook,who was also the mgr. named David, hollered out well it was rung up wrong. They gave me a new burger, I went back to my car, and once again was very disappointed to open the burger to find no cheese and ketchup and mustard oozing out everywhere. My hands were covered, there was no way I could eat it , especially in my car. I went back in again, and asked for my money back. The young man at the register was very apologetic while the manager just glared at me. As the cashier was giving me my money back the mgr. yelled at him to hurry up because there were orders that needed to be taken to other customers. I will never stop at this Dairy Queen again.
