I have to leave a full star to comment... This is a Z E R O star review! An absolutely putrid experience from the start! Walked in this evening, 2 customers standing around, was never once greeted by anyone working, asked if I would like to order, or that they'd be right with me.
I proceeded to go to the kiosk and manually place my order and wait... soon afterward, 1 of the 2 customers mouthed a few profane comments and left. The other customer standing there, an elderly man asked me if I felt it should take a half hour for a burrito to be made.... WHAT? A HALF HOUR???? The whole time nobody greets us, he's ordered food 30 MINUTES AGO and hasn't received his BEANS ON A TORTILLA SHELL!!!.. I finally manage to get someone's attention, not even a simple apology!
I had to ask if they could please hurry my order, I was working and got called having to leave.. I had already been waiting for over 10 minutes myself at that point and was not leaving without my order.
Worst Taco Bell experience I've ever had! If I could give negative stars it would be a -5 🌟 review for sure!
Train your staff to engage people! They're in the people business, Taco Bell!...
Read moreOh well, downhill we go, just not very far. Slipping a bit on the always getting your order right. And now will mostly seperate the different burritos in separate bags or write on them as to what they are when you request it. Customer satisfaction is no longer what the store is oriented towards. I haven't seen a semi-happy worker in awhile now, so most are simply "at their jobs" most of the time. I like the Bean Burritos with extra cheese, extra beans, black beans added and NO ONIONS. If you ask for onions or they accidentally put them on your food, they always put SOOOOoooo many. But Extra cheese is barely more than normal cheese. I just don't get it. Anyway, it's fast food, it can be Vegetarian and Vegan if you order the right stuff and they actually make it how you ask, most of the time. This franchise needs to go back to the way it was when they opened, putting more into either training or whatever it was (hiring practices, or ???) when they first opened. Then again, it could just be the post-Covid world causing their issues like so many other places, they simply can't get enough employees...
Read moreThis location is slowly getting worse. Their current staff must be high out their minds. Few weeks ago when the Beefy Crunch burrito returned, my fiancée ordered me 4 and a custom box for herself. I picked it up and didn’t think to check it until I got home. They gave me hard tacos instead of the beefy crunch burritos. And cinnamon twirls instead of Cinnabon delights. I drove back and had them give me the 4 burritos they left out. Then a couple days later we go through the drive through. I get 3 beefy crunch burritos this time and she gets a crunch wrap with beef, steak, creamy jalapeño sauce and jalapeños. She notices her wrap looks smaller than it should so she opened it up to only find lettuce, tomatoes and cheese. Nothing else she ordered was in it. We had them make another and during the moment I jokingly said “imagine after getting yours fixed I find out that my order is messed up too”. As we drive away I bite into one of my burritos and they didn’t add the Fritos to it. Luckily the last 2 had them in it. Might have to change locations for now to avoid...
