Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Florida

I ordered a pizza from the Narcoosee Road Domino's tonight had the worst experience ever. I have ordered from this store about once a week and the pizzas have been getting steadily worse each time. Tonight, I ordered the pizza at 536 PM. I use the Domino's Tracker on my phone so I know where the driver is. The store is only 2 miles from my house so it normally takes 10 minutes to get from the store to my house,. The tracker said the the driver left at 559 and would be here by 620. At 618, the tracker said that the driver was in my neighborhood, so I waited for the doorbell. When 630 came and no pizza was here, I checked back on the app and it showed the driver had passed our main street and went to another neighborhood 3 miles away! I called the store and waited on hold for 5 minutes. Someone picked up the phone, but did not say anything for another 5 minutes then hung up the phone. I immediately called back and was on hold for another 10 minutes before it was picked up and the line was left open for another 15 minutes but then was hung up again. At 640, the app said that the driver was 20 minutes away. It was 710 before the pizza arrived. When I asked the driver why it took an over an hour to deliver it, he said it was the manager's fault as they set the delivery schedules. After all this time, the pizza was obviously cold, but it also had very few toppings (see attached picture) and it was dry. Service here has always been spotty at this location since it opened about 4 years ago. So much so, that we stopped ordering from here for over a year and drove farther to Papa John's. Even though this location is only .5 mile from my house. We'll even pay twice as much for burgers/chicken tenders at D.Q. near by because the food is hot, delicious and the service is great. We've tried ordering from here again and they're awful. The pizza's are sparse with hardly anything on them. They're room temp at best, even when you're on time to pick them up and the staff is very rude. I ordered food today at 4:45. It took 20 minutes to get started and a total of 40 to pick it up. The person made the excuse that it's Friday and they're always busy on Friday's. Everyone is busy on Friday! Not the customers problem! Close if you can't handle the Friday business and if the employees can't handle working when it's busy without being rude, quit! As I said, my order was in at 4:45, we'll before typical dinner time rush. I hate to see how rude this person gets between 6-8 or during late night rushes! Never going back! UPDATE!! Sent back the same driver who accused us of already eating the pizza and complaining to get free food!!! Mind you I didn’t get my money back and I sent back the previous order!!! Young lady proceeded to get disrespectful and tell me they will be blocking my future orders and I asked her to leave my property!!! Tomorrow I will be at dominoes and will speak to an actual manager!!! Never again!!!

Rant…..Worked a 14 hr shift today and didn’t feel like cooking, decided to order some quick pizzas from Dominoes Pizza so I can just relax before I do another 14 hours tomorrow. I usually don’t have an issue with Dominoes but, this is just ridiculous….looks like the driver dropped my pizzas, not to mention whoever prepared our pizzas also forgot the buffalo sauce and burnt the hell out of it!
