Hello my name is Sarah Dunbar and I ordered my kids three medium pieces two regular handsholes pieces one thing crust pizza so the thing is that was at 3:00 something they delivered my pizza by 4:00 something okay My thin crust was burned and hard was unbearable to even eat I called you back in to let them know okay we're going to replace the pizza for you that was at 4:55 almost 5:00 didn't hear nothing for 3 hours about my pizza that they were supposed to be replacing call back to let them know you know just give him a little leeway thinking maybe they're busy It's okay mind you I single mom just trying to feed her kids don't have much Yes I wasn't able to tip the delivery driver like always always tip the drivers when they deliver my pizza I was a true customer of theirs but the thing that just really hurt my feelings was that the replace pizza that I called back in again around about 8:00 they bring it to my house Don't rain the doorbell Don't knock on the door none of that they just leave my pizza outside at my front door now I got cold pizza with a cold drink how good is Domino's to me now I would not be returning to Domino's for now another delivery now another pickup My kids have to find another place that they can choose to love the most they really did love Domino's but it had to treat me this way it's so sad and so not right but I'm not going downgraded for no one else because everyone else got their own experience my experience was terribly terribly terribly terribly bad for me Don't spend my hard earned money with y'all guys and also I have tip many times and wanting a little tip not mine doing it cuz I'm in fast food myself but you treat your customers the way you want to be treated you ain't no cold piece or no hard pizza so why would you want to feed it to me and my kids come on let's...
Read moreUPDATE: 2/27/24: I emailed corporate shortly after this happened(Nov 2023) and was told Franchisee/owner would be contacting me to discuss further. To date, I haven't received any contact from owner, or Domino's Corporate. Obviously, the owner doesn't need my business. I stopped in the store, today, and spoke with the GM and reiterated everything to him. He apologized and told me we can not hand out a free pizza as this happened too long ago. I told him I had been a weekly customer and to look up my profile, which he declined to do. To date my issue has yet to be addressed with satisfaction.
ORIGINAL REVIEW: I wasted 20 minutes attempting to place an order on App only to find out it was down. I phoned in order thinking I was calling store. Unfortunately, Dominos gave up customer service and decided to use call center overseas. Hubby went to pick up our order, and was told, no order was called in which prompted him to call me twice(I had just had surgery) asking if I called the correct location. I assured him, I did. Dylan, finally found our order and my husband had to wait. It was the worst Pizza we had from this location. Inedible due to the crust being too thin, and unable to hold the toppings which made it impossible to pick up and eat . The slices were ripped up in little pieces due to sogginess. We ordered Brooklyn style and this was thinner than thin. Very disappointed in Dominos customer service. Sadly, can't get ahold of anybody at corporate unless you want to talk to BOT. They just lost a 40+ year...
Read moreWe here at the Encore Gulf View Rv park order on line 29 large pizza's for March 20th. Time for delivery was supposed to be 4:30pm for we had a large group the was going to come in at that time. I went in that morning to reconfirm the order. The manager it seemed to be looked at a TV screen and said yes it's all in to drop at 3:30 then it would be delivered at around the 4:30 time At 3:30 my office received a call that the pizza's were 10 minutes out, because it was getting to busy and they had to fix our order ahead of time. Our order was already cold, when it was received, then by the time 4:30 got here they were all cold and the 100 or so guest had to eat cold pizza. I believe it was not right at all that our large order was changed will out our knowlement ahead of time . I should have refused to accept that order. Then all the order was supposed to be cut in pie shape. Each of our guest were to get two pie shape pieces. Only one pizza was cut that way. All the rest was cut very illreager , in small to medium size squares and triangles. Very , very poor service. We were trying them out because we generally have 3-4 orders a snowbird season for the amount. We will go else where. And the pizza's had not many toppings on them.
