Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Florida

We order from this Domino's on a regular basis, and on more than a few occassions, sauce has been missing from our order. Typically, we just let it go. Today, our order was larger than usual and we ordered 4 extra dipping sauces along with marinara that came with one of our items. When we got home, our order was missing ALL of the sauces. I called the store to let them know and see if I could come pick them up, and they proceeded to tell me that I was mistaken, and that the manager checked the order. They wanted me to bring back the pizzas to prove there was no sauce. My family was already eating. No one double checked the order before it was handed to me. Maybe I should have checked, but that is not my responsibility. Furthermore, the manager basically told her employee to tell me that she would not give me sauce if I came to pick them up. Had the worst experience today. We ordered at 7:19pm. Our house is less than 10min away from the store and By 8:00pm our pizzas were still not here so we called the store. The lady who answered "Angie" (precinct manager) said the pizza was on the way and before we could say anything she hanged up. By 8:20pm, we still didn't had the pizzas and the website was saying the order was delivered so we called again but apparently they recognized the number calling and never picked up so I called from my husband's phone and they picked up immediately. Well, they said the pizza was still on the way!! When the driver arrived at 8:35pm, the driver could not figure out how to put the code to open the gate, so my husband had to drive out there to pick up the pizza. We will never be ordering from here again and I would not do it...

I would rate ZERO stars if allowed! Patrice is the most rude, racist, condescending and argumentative person I have ever seen working with the public. Today I ordered 2 pizzas for my handicapped students birthday, and when I told her that she ROLLED HER EYES...Then she ignored me for no reason, store was empty, and didn't begin my order. When I asked for the name of her supervisor, she ignored me again. Then when I asked her again she said she didn't have a supervisor. When she did get around to making my pizzas she was throwing things around on the counters and slamming boxes etc. I couldn't cancel as I had to get my students lunch and wouldn't have time to get food somewhere else as Summer School ends at noon. in Short, avoid this place, especially...
