Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Kendall

I wish there was a way to give negative stars on a review. The ABSOLUTE WORST customer service I have ever encountered. My son loves Domino's and we order (or should I say ordered) pretty frequently -- for delivery.

Since this location opened a few months ago, we can no longer order (for delivery) from the one on 137th Avenue since this one is closer to us.

We have ordered from here 4 times and have had an issue every time. The first time it took almost 2 hours. The second time, it took 1.5 hours. The 3rd and 4th times I had to drive to the store because our order never arrived. And they have the rudest, most unprofessional employees I have ever encountered. I would have no issue with the delivery time if they actually told you how long it was going to take but they tell you 30-45 minutes and then take more than twice as long -- IF you actually get it.

Tried calling customer service and sending an email, and no on responded.

Domino's has lost long-time customers because we will NEVER order from this...

I ordered pizza today and prepaid tip. I was called by the driver and told that they had delivered the pizza. When I went to retrieve the pizza they stated that they delivered to the wrong address and that they would rectify the situation and sent the pizza to the right address. 1 hour later waiting for the pizza to arrive and I was called by the owner of the house that they delivered the pizza to and went to retrieve the pizza I paid delivery to only to find the pizza full of ants and obviously unable to eat at this point. I ordered a pizza over two hours ago and still have not received it. I called an hour ago and after being hung up and the phone ringing for an eternity they finally answered and they told me 15 minutes….. that was a lie! My husband just drove to the location and our pizza was not even in the oven yet! As my husband is waiting for our order 3 other guys have walked into the location with the same issue as us! I understand being busy and backed up but two hours and half and the order isn’t even in the oven is just unacceptable. we will never order from this...
