Well, we order the take out special quite regularly and we are very easy to please. Sometimes our toppings are very sparse and the dough is blown and other times they are just fine. We are not complainers. Tonight my daughterinlaw and I ordered to be picked up by our husbands. Because they didn't know that we ordered drinks, they didn't get them given to them. They were coming from a different location than home, but I really don't think that it was too much to expect the drinks to be given to them since we ordered them online and they were there to pick them up. We enjoy the deal we get but is it too much to expect professionalism? We called to tell them about it, but all we got offered is that they could come all the way back for them, as if that was something we wanted to do at that point. Second option was to get the drinks at a later date. Not even a true apology. I have worked in the past for Domino's for many years and the owner that I worked for would think immediately that THAT is totally unacceptable in customer service. Again, we really aren't "complainers" but since we've been constant customers and ordering from this Domino's for 3 years steadily since we moved to our present address, you would think they would care a bit more for their customers. I was very sad to write this as a lover of Domino's, but it is what it is. Hopefully we won't have to pay for the fact that we told the truth, meaning that a lot of people do not complain because they are afraid that the future food they get will be spit on or something like that. I know how that sounds, but it's true. I'm a 60 year old mother of 5 and grandmother of 7 and great~grandmother of 2. You figure it out where I'm coming from. It might seem trivial, but we aren't rich and we've had other stuff go down, this was just kind of the straw that broke the camel's back. Read moreGreat staff asking to the pickup but I got there and the pizza was already done and out of the oven and ready to go and they've been told me all I needed was to wait 15 minutes so I came I left asked me early cuz I'm always an impatient person like that and I would say I was there in about 10 minutes max and I walked in and the nice woman handed me my food and walked out it's a very professional the store was very clean and I wish I remember her name but an actual kudos for her to for customer service and even the guys in the back very nice guys I would order there again again and again as far as long as I live in Venice this will be the Domino's I order from. The food was exceptional it was well made it wasn't burnt it wasn't too cheesy it wasn't too Saucy and didn't have too many toppings on it it was just perfect crust was amazing just very good and I just hope that the staff there and get a little something extra because they were awesome freedom customer the same way they were treating me and I don't know if those customers have the ability or have had the chance to put their comment on like I can guarantee you the other five customer that were in there and we were all just as happy cuz we spoke about it as a group as well and that no one had one negative, so just thought it was all positive between the store the area location and staff and I'm mad I had you to stop and that's what made all the difference so thank you Dominos I hope you guys have a great rest of your...
Read moreIt began with my order being made at the wrong store .. when I realized it .. I replaced my order and called the store to make sure the right store had received it. The guy who answered the phone was very rude .. refused to fix it .. even refuse to comp my order even tho on my end of the order the new dominos insurance gave me the option of getting my order free.
When I asked for the manager , he said he was the manager. When I asked for his name ( because I'm calling corporate ) he refused to give me that as well.
I worked for Dominos for years and was the supervisor .. had I been as rude as he was .. the higher ups would never allow such nastiness being treatment to a customer.
Of course I have everything documented with names , times and proof my order should have been fixed and paid for
