Oh, where do I even begin with this gem of a Dunkin' Donuts? First off, the customer service is just stellar — if you love being greeted with complete indifference by staff who seem like they’d rather be anywhere else, this is your place! The staff, who are likely experts in "I just woke up from a meth nap" expressions, really add a special touch to the experience. Their friendliness? It's as if they’re auditioning for a role in a zombie apocalypse movie.

As for the open sign, don’t even bother to check it. You’ll get a good laugh because it’s always flipped around, signaling that the store’s either not open or they've just given up on life for the day. I’m sure they’ve got a very unique concept of "business hours" that only they understand.

Now, onto the food... If you’re into eating something that tastes like it was assembled by a child in a rush to get home, you’ve come to the right place. The donuts? If you can even call them that, is a delicate mix of stale and disappointing, as if they’ve been sitting out since the 80's. The coffee? Don’t even ask. It’s an experience in itself, and not a good one.

And the atmosphere? Oh, it’s just incredible. It's like if someone tried to recreate a dystopian movie set but forgot to add any of the charm. Dark, dreary, and void of any semblance of joy or hygiene. If you’re into that sort of thing, you're in for a treat.

In short, if you're looking for a place to experience the true meaning of "disaster with a side of disappointment," this Dunkin’ will surely meet all your expectations and then exceed them in the worst possible way. 10/10 would...

Would give zero stars if possible. My sisters and I decided to try this Dunkin for my twin sister and I’s birthday because the one closer to us had a line too long. We now all wish we would’ve waited in line. We were greeted by an extremely short, cold and rude person on the speaker. After we ordered the first two drinks, the man on the speaker says “pull around” very aggressively. We stated we were not done ordering and ordered a couple more coffees one of them being an extra large caramel macchiato. The man says “we don’t have anything with espresso in extra large!” We said ok can we get it in a large. Last, we attempted to order a dozen donuts, we stated we wanted to start with 4 chocolate donuts, he says “oh you want to pick your own?!” We said yes. We then asked for 4 chocolate glazed and the rest regular glazed to which he about cut us off to say”I don’t have enough to give you the rest regular glazed!” With no solution offered, so we said ok what do you have? Got the rest blueberry. When we pulled up to get our order, we asked the woman handing us our drinks to apologize to the man taking our order because we were clearly inconveniencing him by stopping by today. She informs us that it was THE MANAGER! I think the owner of this location should be aware of how his manager is treating customers so I wanted to write this review. Went September 30th in the morning around 10am. Being managers of franchised businesses ourselves, we were shocked at the unprofessionalism and lack of concern for the success of this location. The most horrible experience I've ever encountered in Dunkin' donuts history was this particular store!!! The most horrible Duncan I promise you take my word for it or find out for yourself the service is extremely slow and most of the time you'll be waiting in the Drive-Thru for a very long time I keep giving them chances figuring that maybe it was just a bad day but I was wrong!! Every time I go there is a bad experience and I leave extremely angry and frustrated! I went inside and caused the scene because of the horrible service after waiting in line this time around for an extremely long time about half hourJust for donuts coffee and some sandwiches the line was very Long and the wait time was over half hour. When I got to the window and asked to add an order of hash browns I was told I had to drive around again at which point I did and waited even longer to the point where the people in front of me had all driven off and they completely stopped answering the drive-thru! I had to say hello multiple times before I got so upset mainly because of their service and all the people that I watched just drive offI decided to go inside and say something about it and make a scene because I believe somebody had to bring awareness to such poor service not only at that location but out of every location I've ever went to the wait time and the service was the most horrible I've ever encountered in my life if you don't believe me go find out for yourself!
