Hello...i placed an order with your Valrico location on 60 at 630pm on 10/28/21 on the app. Picture of receipt is enclosed. My daughter arrived at 830(2 hours later) to pick them up and was told that my order was never received and they only had a few donuts that were stale. So they tried calling the other Valrico location to see if they could fill the order. Now they are open 24 hours and we were told that all they had was 11 of the apple filled donuts and no others. I asked them how or why that is all they have if they are open 24 hours a day. So then i was told that i could have a refund but it would take 2-3 days to get my money back on my card. It didn't take the store 2-3 days to receive their money. But thats not even what im upset about. I know it takes time to get a card based return. What im upset about is i received a confirmation email/receipt to say that my order was received and paid for and the store says they never received it 2 hours later. So even though itll take a couple of days ro receive my refund...we did get a refund and 6 stale donuts as a consolation for our troubles. I just can't believe that I get confirmed receipt of my order and the store got my money right away and I got no donuts, have to wait for my refund and another store which is open 24 hours couldn't even fill an order because they had no donuts. I am very displeased with the service from both stores and would like to be contacted about this issue either by return email/phone. I really don't want to have to contact Corporate or leave a bad review. I feel that this issue should be made right more than a refund. We live in Mulberry and drove 30 mins there and 30 mins back for a very bad experience. Thank you...

Too often I have ordered a drink and not have it come out as specified, or have another problem with it. Some examples include being served lukewarm coffee, drinks not having the specified amount of sweetener, and bad drink mixing in general. Usually I shrug these off, but in my most recent visit I actually ended up getting my drink remade because it was undrinkable.
I also seem to have to repeat my order more often at this location (e.g. I usually order a hot coffee, and theyāll read it back as iced). I once had a visit where I ordered an Medium drink as part of a coupon and was charged for a Large drink. I realized this only after I paid with the app on my phone, and was told that I couldnāt have the money refunded to my Dunkin account. The attitude seemed to be that something could be done about it in the future, but no one was willing to solve the problem for me at the time.
Iām not sure who is to blame for this consistently inconsistent service, but I just hope whoever reads these reviews can do something to get some feedback to this store. I probably only have a 50% success rate with this location, while other locations in the area (which I visit just as frequently) are always 100%...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreDunkin is not my go-to for breakfast but sometimes since that's the only thing closer to my job I will get breakfast there and I'll go to the drive-thru today I decided to eat breakfast inside before I head to work first of all the boy took the order of who came after me before he even took mine so everybody walking around like chickens with the head cut off and nobody's knowing who got what I'm here just standing there waiting15 Mns for bagel meal and donut everybody else that came after me got that food and I'm still standing there waiting for my food and they kept asking me what did you get and I keep telling em and no one comes with it saying the same thing bacon egg and cheese bagel meal waiting for it everybody else that came after me got their food and I'm just standing there waiting for mine so I asked for a refund she didn't even give me my all my money my food was $13 and that slow lady gave me $5 won't be going back that's for sure I didn't get my food and they stole $8 from me I don't even like Dunkin but I mean it's closer to my job I got to go to work and order doordash for Chick-fil-A or somewhere else but never again what I step foot in another Dunkin let alone this one here in valrico worst customer...
