Dunkin' — Restaurant in Florida

After quite some time, I thought of buying a couple of donuts from here. I was reminiscing about a DD in Utah I would frequent. They were very good. I must say that the two ladies that served me were very pleasant and very nice, service was top notch! Now, as for the donuts...they seemed like week old, not day old ones. My girl and I were craving Bavarian cream ones, and other ones as well. Besides being dried out and stiff, the custard was nearly absent! It's a sad day when they forget to put the filling in their donuts! The others were not up to snuff as far as being from a Duncan donut shop. Can anyone tell me if they import their donuts from somewhere else entirely? Almost tempted to drive all the way back to see about a refund, but figured it'd be a waste of gas and time. I wish they'd go back to being a real donut and coffee shop. People can go to a restaurant to buy all that other stuff, so DD can make it simple again. Days later, I found unbelievably fantastic, FRESH, tasty flats of these mini donuts in the very Walmart that housed DD. Now those were surprisingly outstanding and very delicious!! I was wondering if DD should order their donuts from the Walmart right there. Are me and my girl the only ones that think and pray lol, that DD should either dumb down their menu, instead of wasting time on so many other menu items, that their donuts suffer the once famed quality-- lost in the hubbub of trying to be a coffee shop that they are not anymore, or start ordering their donuts from better quality donut shops? It won't hurt our feelings to find a better donut producer in order to get a tasty treat. Think I'll see if Walmart has any more of those little treasures until we locate a fine, CUSTARD FILLED, and we mean CUSTARD FILLED donut shop. Too bad those two ladies that served so well have to deal with inferior product. Also, the arrest of the young lady we've heard about in the DD truly is appalling to say the least! That's a good enough reason to stay away from Duncan donuts stores for another few years. These were "take out" or we would certainly have asked for a refund, NOT a replacement!! How do you get a employee arrested for sandwich & drink when your stores steals thousands dollars a day from mobile ordering. I am owed food at DD in Crystal River, 98 & 19 and Lecanto. CR store said it would be in book went to get my 3 missing items not in book. I ordered snacking bacon was out no refund. So that is theft. I also found out you can refund me my money for missing stuff and you lied. So why haven't you been arrested for theft from your customers. I bet I am not the only one that stuff is owed to. Lecanto one is only one that is good about replacing it. Your other stores aren't. Shame on you that could have been your child. You steal everyday from mobile ordering we should start pressing charges...

The manager Jon banned me for quitting because he disrespected me multiple times and I’m a US Army veteran. There are roaches and fruit flies at this location as while working there I’ve seen them crawl all around the oasis machine and around the store as a whole. Fruit flies are coming from the drains in the back because they haven’t been cleaned out and publicly on band talks down on most of his employees, hence why they can never keep anyone. All for a nice $11 an hour. $380 dollar check a week. He also made the only veteran there work on Veterans Day. A day where I lost a lot of friends...
