Dunkin' — Restaurant in Florida

I've recently become a regular at this location as I've been ordering breakfast from them every day for about 3 months straight. They know my name and are always kind to me. I placed a mobile order yesterday, Nov 6, 2023, and when I arrived, my food had not been made. They were out of croissants, so I opted for an English muffin.

Today, when I placed my mobile order, I selected English muffin since they were out the day before. When I arrived to pick up my order, they greeted my very friendly and told me to have a good day with big smiles on their faces. When I made it to the office, I was surprised to not see an English muffin, but a CROISSANT!

When I place my order, I always choose a croissant. To me, nothing compares to having a buttery, flaky croissant in the morning. They could have just made the order as I ordered it, but instead, they made the order how I usually order it since they received the croissants. My mind is completely blown by how thoughtful they are! Now it makes sense as to why they were smiling so hard! This definitely gave me a great start to my day. I absolutely love this location; the staff at this store...

Outstanding customer service by Ms. Virginia- very passionate about customer service. She is real honest, ethical and highly integrity. She really cares for the customers. she always manages many things at a time. WE should not forget the good deeds and the way she did on a Croissant so quick, sharp. She also heated extra 20 seconds crispy on hash brown too Really touched by all the gestures Her good work should go the highest authority /as a true example of how Dunkin Dunots should serve another good person to remember is Katherine on 2/16

I am not normally a complainer. I understand people have bad days. This is not that kind of situation. I ordered grilled cheese for my daughter. The bread was raw- not toasted or grilled, and the cheese half melted, half uncooked. They obviously microwaved it for a few seconds. They were not busy, btw, we were the only customers in the store. The Boston cream donut she got had no cream in it- none, not even a hint of cream. It was a plain donut with chocolate on top. I got her a hot chocolate drink and there were sticky chocolate fingerprints all over the outside of the cup. I ordered a donut that was supposed to have vanilla cream in it and it had about 1/4 tsp of cream - just so it showed on the outside, and a dab on the inside. The quality of Duncan Donuts has been deteriorating steadily over the last couple of years in general, but I have never seen anything like this. This store is a hot mess. We are just never going to Duncan again...
