Dunkin' — Restaurant in Florida

I don't leave bad reviews, but I have given this location so many tries over the last 2 years and time after time it's a disappointment.

There is hardly ever anything in stock no matter what time or day you go.

The staff has ALWAYS been kind but are talking amongst themselves to the point of having to ask for each individual item we were supposed to receive on our ticket because no one was really paying attention to the orders.

Several times food was missing entirely from bags of drive through orders.

We kept going back because when it was right, it was great, but our last visit was the unfortunate last straw for that location for our family. Half our order was missing. We had to tell different members of the staff parts of our order because they couldn't remember. Different employees walked out from behind the counters and shoved boxes of toast and a bag covered in condiments at us. My bag contained one breakfast burrito out of the two that were supposed to be there, and none of the hashbrowns I ordered. The one burrito in the bag was thrown in there on its end, all the filling leaked out in the greasy bag. It was inedible. We also had to ask for the donut we ordered...which was delicious.

There just seems to be no focus or organization/efficiency, but the people are very nice.

I came inside to the staff too busy chatting with each other. I thought it might be a staff meeting but the other Guy standing in there waiting as well said no they have been just gossiping while He had tried to get their attention. No one was in drive thru and only couple of tables had customers. I had to jump up n down waving for them to possibly want to provide Us with customer service as we stood st the register. Finally, as someone took notice, said oh don't stand at the register to order, go down to the pick up and the drive thru staff will take your order, like what? As one staff was getting ready to leave with merchandise tucked under her arms and another leaving to tend to who knows what. The other staff wondering behind the counter still chatting. At least 5 to 6 Staff with no business going on couldn't make efforts to provide either myself or the Guy any service. Ridiculous!! Pretty unprofessional especially with possibly the Manager right there entertaining the...

This place should be avoided. Purchased veggie breakfast sandwich but was given an egg and sausage instead. I am a vegetarian. Called and they Verified they made a mistake. Asked for a refund and was denied. Stated I had to drive back for a refund or set up an appointment to get another sandwich. I told them I was at work and couldn't leave. I was basically told "so sad, too bad". Called corporate and was told every store is privately owned and operated and they had no control over what the owners did or did not do. Said they would have owner call me. Never received any calls. Understand, if you have any problems with a Dunkin' Dounut, appeals to corporate is an exercise in futility.
