Three people inside working. Two at the drive thru and one in the back. I waited ten minutes without a hello or I’ll be right with you. I just needed a coffee. I left when the girl looked at me and continued working without any acknowledgement. Here is the thing: since when is someone too lazy to get out of their car a greater priority than a person standing right at the counter. It is very much like answering a phone call when you are talking to someone. You just told someone by answering that call that they aren’t worthy of your attention. American runs on Dunkin is exactly what is going on in our culture. We favor fast, quick and impersonal to right in front of you good old fashioned communication. Read moreWhat a great way to start my morning! I placed my order online and was expecting to get the normal so- so service when I go in and grab my order with the occasional smile, if I am lucky. This morning, I had the employee stop what she was doing immediately and gave a warm smile and say good morning! (And she was sincere!) I had a slightly bigger order this morning and was fumbling. The same employee (I regret not asking for her name!) Said wait! Hopefully this will help and is not enough. She offered a handled bag to help me. Small acts of service and a sincere smile goes a long way! Thank you again for making me feel good this morning! This employee is an excellent...
Read moreI'm at a loss for words. Installing this app to my phone, placing the order, and paying was effortless. Arriving after 12 hour work days, and on the 5th day to be told that they saw the order come through, unsure where or is while looking in the garbage can for all to see. She quietly said I don't know what happened. Then offered me my choosing of the only donuts left, which was mostly just glazed, from a rolled cart of donuts at the driveview area where I can see bugs flying off of the donuts. There wasn't any apology or a sense of urgency to rectify. Shame on your training program, lack of Customer Service, and failure of cleanliness. Can we get a Krispy Kreme in the Wilderness | Connerton Community Areas? We'd be ever...
