New Tung Tung Two Restaurant — Restaurant in Florida

Diner Be Ware! This was my first time ordering for myself from here but two of my family members have and said it wasn't bad considering out here in the LOL area when wanting something delivered, it's either pizza or this place. I knew from seeing what others had ordered in the past, the fried rice was not something I wanted since it looks more like yellow rice with a few Chinese twists. I called first to ask about their egg foo young and were they like the thin omelets I've had several other places, or like the huge, greasy, brown ones which are not typical for actual Chinese cuisine and not at all palatable. The person who answered, a young man I believe, didn't seem to understand what I was asking because he referred to the "pancakes" they serve with mushu since he said they already come pre-made. I decided to give it a try though, plus some dumplings and hot & sour soup. First let me say, egg foo young... Absolutely horrible! It looked like one big, greasy, dark brown funnel cake gone wrong. And there were two of these. The rice was what I expected since I'd seen it before, and would've eaten it had it not been saturated in the grease coming off the egg foo young. Then the dumplings... I'm no expert on these, but since my family loves them, and we've ordered them several other places, deep fried and greasy is not how these come whether you order them steamed or fried. And the sauce? I again don't know where they are getting their Chinese cuisine knowledge from, but it's not any Asian country I'm aware of. I did ask for my pork egg roll to be substituted for the veggie roll and I ended up with something half the size of a normal egg roll. My soup! Well, I never even tried it as I was so disappointed with everything else I was afraid too! I've seen reviews with people praising this place and saying it's the best around. And it makes me wonder where all these people have been before if this place is the BEST place around. I usually order from China Star but unfortunately they don't deliver and I was at the mercy of needing something delivered. Next time I'm feeling stuck with having to order delivery food, I'll stick with pizza. At least this way I know what I'm getting and it's worth every penny! Side Note: The best thing I can take away from this experience is the delivery man was nice and definitely easy...

Beware, this company defends theft. I used a brand new card after moving to this area. The next day when I got off of work my card was hit with three fraud alerts that were made.

I contacted the owner to explain that my card has fraud protection and I was just being a good citizen letting her know that she should look into this as I didn't want her bussiness to suffer over an Employee committing fraud.

She not only dismissed my courtesy, she started giving excuses, that it's only a 15yo child that helps answer the phone and she didn't think he would do that.

She then said she was to busy to care because she had other customers, yet whoever you give your credit card number to will try to use it at sports and gaming online stores.

Buyer beware, not only will your credit card possible be used, the owners don't seem to care.

Thank god I have fraud protection and the investigators took care of it!

NEVER...

I placed an order for delivery and left a tip on my credit card. I've never had an issue with them before but this time an employee called to tell me the driver wasn't happy about the drive and complained about the tip being on my card because he couldn't see it. She said I could cancel the order myself in my email but you actually can't cancel that way. I called back and the lady said they don't know how to cancel and I could open a dispute with my credit card. I've never experienced something like this before. But the employee apologized and said she would take care of it and send my order. When the driver arrived he said he wanted cash and that it wasn't the restaurants job to fix it and the restaurant will never serve us again. And to top it off, my order is not right.

Totally bizarre. But they don't have to worry about not delivering to us again because I'll never order...
