Tuesday p.m. at 5:30 J and then I stopped at the Dunkin Donuts at Lantana and 441 in Lake Worth Florida. My little boy wanted a sandwich. As we approached the store we saw the sign that I have attached to this post. We then saw the sign and several more locations in various places throughout the store. It talks about an afternoon deal does not give a start date. The afternoon deal was from 2 p.m. until 6 p.m. We were interested in the 2.99 sandwich. When I went to the register the young boy at the register told me he could not do it that it was not put into the register at that point. I ask for the manager. The assistant manager came to the register and she was a young teenage girl. 5 foot long brown hair in a ponytail. she said that they were not honoring it because it did not start yet and her manager told her they could not do it. I had a whole discussion with her about the fact that it is principal and they're advertising it all over the store and there's no start date listed on the poster so they need to honor it. She absolutely refused I asked her to call them and she gave me an attitude and called someone who knows if it was a manager she said that he was on the phone I think his name was David but I am not sure as she would not give me her name nor the manager's name and she told me that they would not honor it and the manager said no. I continue to tell her that that was ridiculous and that any store if they advertise.. they need to honor it. She refused to give me her name or the manager's name. She also said I can't believe you're getting upset over a few Donuts. Hello I wasn't in there for the donuts thank you very much it was the sandwich deal and it's the principle of it. I took pictures of all the signs and I called corporate. Corporate told me I would hear from the owner as it is a franchise and the owner owns several locations and I would hear from the owner within 2 days. Last night at 5:30 p.m. was 2 days. I have not heard from the owner. I am completely disgusted by this policy. as well as the employees and the manager. #dunkinfail. #dunkindonutsfail....
Read moreI visit this Dunkin three to four times a week between 6pm and 630pm. While I do understand that things get crazy, most times I am there I am the only person in drive thru and sometimes the whole store and I always have to wait to be served. Ok, I can deal with that, but then the gentleman that works during this time is never polite, just hands over the coffee with no words, nothing. Just plain rude. I kept stopping here even though I was not satisfied with the service because it is actually on my way to work. Three times my coffee has tasted like twice brewed watered down coffee and yet I kept coming back. But as of yesterday you have lost a customer. I will go out of my way to get my coffee from now on. Last before work I waited ten mintues in drive thru with one car in front of me, then proceeded to walk into the actually store because hey no customers inside. I waited at the xounter while the two employees the gentleman and woman who I see most there are working. She ask him to serve me because I waited five mins with no service, only one online meanwhile. Instead of serving me he picks up his cell phone that is plugged in charging. That is when I decide to leave because I do not want to flip out in public. Once I get outside, I turn around because I honestly I need my coffee. Finally, even though I am still the only person on line the young lady takes my order and then preceeds to tell me the coffee is not ready. I legit just turn around and leave. Never again will I be going back to...
Read moreUnfortunately this is not the first time we’ve had a negative experience at this location in particular. It was raining today so we went to the drive through and waited 5 min for the customer in front of us to order. We weren’t sure if it was a large order or technical difficulties but as we decided to pull around and go to the front she pulled forward. We waited another minute or two as no one responded through the mic. Maybe technical difficulties after all... nope. As we walked inside the restaurant was empty and save for 1 employee you could clearly hear everyone else in the back playing around and having conversation. We made an order of a single black coffee to the which the front employee had a difficult time taking and asked for help, most likely new, all good. But no one came up even after he asked a third time and you could still clearly hear everyone in the back room. This is the closest Dunkin to us but we’ll take our business 2 miles down the toad...
