Dunkin' — Restaurant in Florida

So today was the last draw! One person working. She says "I'm by myself so I can't serve food". Now, my wife will go to work again without eating. This isn't the first time at this location. This location was the only DD Worthy and conveniently in route to work. However, in the past few weeks it's been declining in service. They have been understaff. We always use the app to order and it says not available at this location. The lines are always to the exit door for ordering. Also Customers gathered around waiting for their orders even the ones that order on the app. I'm not placing blame on the DD employee's that are trying their best especially the ones that do show up. When they were fully staffed you can see the stress on their faces bc of not being happy working there in the past month. They we're once extremely friendly and outgoing and hard-working and now they lost all their good employees. Sad! This is the busiest DD/gas station in this area. This has to be a management problem. Management better step up and fix this issue and treat their employees with respect before they start loosing customers to new gas stations opening up near by. I will change my negative review to a positive when these issues are fixed. Fyi here at Wawa and I recognize a few customers I saw this...

This place doesn’t deserve any stars . Over the past few months the coffee and customer service has gone out the window. The old lady with white hair is always so RUDE and argumentative when they’re the ones who messed it up. I’m not sure anyone would want less than half a coffee that you’ve spent $6 on.. I can’t even say it’s a hit or miss... the coffee always tastes bad ever since Wes left. I’ve started to go the Dunkin’ that Wes went to. But sometimes time makes it to where I have to go to peachland and I REGRET it EVERY TIME!! The young kid is terrible doesn’t know how to refund . Sold me a sandwich they didn’t have and then tells me he refunded me. I looked at my bank and it wasn’t there. Then he finally gave me the refund. Just overall....

Went to this store this morning, they had 1 person working the Dunkin side and one person working the store side, (before I left another Dunkin employee did come in), this poor girl at Dunkin had 10 coffees in front of her that she had to make. Online orders and the orders for the people standing there. It was my turn to order and she asked me to wait. This early in the morning, no coffee, but I saw she was busy and behind so I had no problem waiting. The cashier from the store side emptied her line and came to the Dunkin side to help. Short staffed but they rocked it, the wait was not long and they all smiled and were polite the whole time. Great job pik n Run/Dunkin...
