Dunkin' — Restaurant in Florida

TERRIBLE service. The staff would only provide coffee and donuts (no hot food) because it was shift change and the other staff wasn’t there yet . (They didn’t want to make it).. their words. I had to ask for her attention between each item I asked for because she would jump straight to her cell phone during my order. After my order was complete, I had to tell her I needed to pay her because she stood there on her phone assuming I knew it was card only. I stood there 5 minutes while 3 staff tried to get the cash drawer open (I already paid by card). I finally said “I just need my drink”. The girl then said to me (while looking at another win worker), “it’s over there, you weren’t listening”. The woman never addressed me directly. She was on her phone or preoccupied with something else and I was supposed to know what was going on, that my drink was done or where it was. I said to them that this was terrible customer service and she again replied to me “you weren’t listening”. What an OUTRAGE! TERRIBLE, the...

4:45 PM, about the end of the day, as far work goes by. This morning I had a small cappuccino at another Dunkin, that was perfect, great drinkable temperature , tasted good, felt good. I have just ordered another one here at the shop. A small cappuccino with one pump of sugar-free syrup. Well, let’s step back a minute. I had to say hi how are you three times to get the attention of the two ladies cleaning around. Maybe the end of the shift I was getting closer minute by minute. Maybe it was a long day already, just like mine… so, they finally took my order, and about for five minutes later, I got my drink. Got to my car, had a sip: unbearable, hot, half cup of latte with no foam, no flavor of soup whatsoever. So, five dollars later, it is ended in the trash. Such a waste of money. Such a waste of an opportunity to make up someone’s day, with such a small thing....

This is the closet Dunkin to my house. And I only come at night because I get off work very late. Everytime I come here I’m greeted lovely by the young lady at the cashier. Who seems to be the only one there that likes her job. The older lady in the back is a complete disrespectful character I asked to not burn my sandwich because I ordered a croissant and I know they burn east I wasn’t trying to be rude but she got a attitude with me and basically screamed omg for nothing after that I got it back completely soggy with butter and I told her can she remake it and she got a attitude again after remaking it she put my butter on the side and gave me a hard croissant.
