Food was really good and hot too! However service was awful. We came at lunch time and there was one other couple here. The waitress came, took my friends order and when I was about to tell her my order she walked away. 10 minutes later I was able to get her attention to let her know she didn’t take my order and she just said okay and asked what I wanted. The drinks were awful and once we got our food she never came back. Again- it was us and one other couple. So no water refills or nothing. I asked for sprite and it was straight syrup. Convenience is key here! Located at the Bluegreen Bayside Resort and Spa, Flip Flop's is the poolside dining available at the resort. Gorgeous views, and their drinks were good, but everything was really pricey and I was not impressed with the food as much (although my friends had no complaints). Employees should be more friendly and greet all their patrons even if their busy.I stood there for over 5 minutes with no one saying hello .I had to request a menu and the girl who gave me the menu with blond hair .Took off after handing it to me to serve other customers.She returned much later after I had to get the attention of another employee to serve and make my requested frozen Pina Colada.The brunette made it for me.I highly recommend for this being a resort to up the customer service skills of the staff.They need to learn how to greet even if...
