My daughter is just learning to drive. She pulled up to the drive thru speaker but was afraid and probably was not as close as she needed to be. She is also soft spoken and that didn't help. She began to give the order. The woman taking the order kept repeating it back and was not correct with the order on any of her three different attempts. I started trying to give the order as loudly as I could, without outright yelling, across the seats so that she could hear it (I assumed were were not close enough to the speaker). The woman LOUDLY & RUDELY exclaims " "I REALIZE that, THAT's what I said." I started trying to tell her that I wasn't being rude but that my daughter was soft spoken and I was trying to yell across the seats so that she could hear (I couldn't even get to the part about being too far away from the speaker) as she cut me off and said "Will that complete your order?" I said "Who am I speaking with?" She said again "Will that complete your order?" I asked again, she responded the same way. Finally, after going back and forth asking for her name, she responded that her name was "Jaylyn." I don't know if that is true or of the spelling of it is. Suffice it to say, we left. Read moreBeen coming here for years and never had a issue till today. Ordered a Frisco Breakfast Combo with a OJ. Was giveny order and headed to the car. Sat down and checked my order, found that I was rung up for just a Frisco Breakfast Sandwich and a OJ not the combo. Naturally when rung up individually these become more expensive than the combo. Went back and in and explained the issue. Indian lady who is a manager of sorts comes over, doesn't apologise just proceeds to add in the missing hash browns. I spoke up that the total is wrong and I'm due a partial refund. Her tone changed and she argues "it's only 20 cent" I said it's the principle that I was over charged and due a partial refund, while she's shaking her head at me as of I am out of line asking for the money I was over charged.
