I have never been treated so poorly nor would I ever treat someone the way Manager Parker did on last night over a 35 cent packet of sub sauce I placed the order online through the app. I requested three additional sub sauces and also an additional sub sauce set. I received my order in a timely manner, which I never have issues at this location. Once I arrived home I noticed I didn’t have my extra sub set or my extra sauce. it’s my preference to have extra sub sauce while eating my sandwich. I return back to the store about 15 minutes away and was told that based on my receipt I could only get two sub sauces even though it stated three sub sauces, but only charge $.70. I asked as a courtesy if I could receive the additional sub sauce being that I had to return, I was told that he can’t give away free things. What an inconvenience. and I can’t believe how inconsiderate he was being. I’m very disappointed. I have always eaten from you guys, but I’m really doubting if I’ll ever return to this location I have receipts and I am also a app user that shows the amount of money that I spend with you guys and to cause such a fuss over a $.35 packet of sub sauce is unacceptable I would also like to add that when I went back through my online app orders, they’ve always charge me for one less sub sauce than I ordered. Read moreI have never been so disappointed as I was tonight, and have had delivery from there many times. Never again will I choose this Pizza Shop to deliver to my home again. I ordered a med sized pizza that had pineapple which they were out of, with a couple of subs, and cheese bread. My roommate wanted the pizza and when I told no pineapple, he wanted to change his pizza. I called back to change order 5 minutes later to make the change. I was told pizza was in oven already and couldn't change order. This was after first call , they told me it would be an hour. I asked to speak with the manager since order was going to argue with me. The manager said same thing, they couldn't change my order. It was take the pizza the way it was or just cancel the entire order, which I ended up doing. I have worked as a General Manager for 8 yrs. and have never treated a customer was this negativity . I know you have to control your food cost but you should also have a little waste. I'm very angry over service there and very upset. I will not ever go back there again or call for service . I can't believe even as a Franchise this is the way they conduct business. I found a better place to order from and the food is fantastic. Very disappointed used to be customer. I don't think they deserve any stars for rating. I would be embarrassed to say I own, or that I manage this Hungry Howie's. Never again...
Read moretoday I placed an order for delivery to this hungry howies. this location is right next door to my job and I won’t get into details but I could not drive as I usually do or walk due to injury. I placed my order at 1:17 pm on Saturday august 6, 2016. at 2:49 I received my pizza and a random beverage that I didn’t order the delivery guy just said they ran out of my other flavor I gave him a twenty and proceeded to limp away as I was walking I decided to look at my pizza and taste it. IT WAS COMPLETLY COLD not luke warm no hint of heat to this pizza it was cold like it was pulled out a fridge. I called the manager back and told him he was uncaring he said "Oh it was cold" and then was like we will remake it I’m like how long will that take my lunch break has been over and if I have to wait another TWO hours I will be off. this manager Frank was very argumentative and decided to explain it hasn’t been two hours it’s only been one and a half. like the purpose of my call was not about how long I had been waiting I had called about that already my food is cold and your establishment is next door he then proceeded to tell me that on Saturdays they only have one driver. to me that makes me feel like you have poor management skills and he does not know how to staff appropriately I am beyond disgusted with the service I received here today or lack thereof I should say...
