A very pleasant surprise that we stumbled upon. We decided to drive back into IMG at the 53rd Street entrance. We found the Legacy hotel. That’s where we found the cozy Icon grill. It happened to be happy hour an appetizers were half off along with drink specials. The food was excellent and we have shared this special place with many friends. Sadly I was ignored when I came to the restaurant for lunch. I sat there for about an hour watched as the waitressed served everyone else, never stopped to see if I wanted anything not even water. Wow. Caught her eye a couple times but she just looked away. It wasn't busy, maybe 3 of 4 tables that were happily served. Disappointing considering my son attends the school so there are times where we would meet there to...

Absolutely wonderful customer service. Patrick, Esther and Kelly went above and beyond to take care of some lost and wayward out of towners. We even had a golf cart called for us to go to our destination afterwards, driven by Bridget who took the scenic route!
