Inn Between — Restaurant in Florida

I have been going there for many years. Never had an issue. My friend Gia works there. Lovely lady! We stopped by really on New Years Eve, said hello to Gia. Came back after, older gal working with a younger lady. The older gal was rude. I asked what kind of flavors of seltzers they had, she returned with a response and attitude, "Well, what flavor do you want?" I did my best to not engage and just asked for whatever she had. Then she responded again rudely, well, what do you want. I said mango. I was given a black cherry. I asked if she had mango, she said yes rudely. I responded to her by asking what did I do? Then she said I remember you! I have never seen her before. She didn't even get us when we walked in. Needless to say, we left. Everyone working there looked unhappy. Sour faces. It was never like that before....

A small bar to go to and hang out with friends. The bar keep is friendly and you can talk to her, yes it's a female! She's a fun, bubbly and very energetic and works her tail off running back and forth serving everyone at the bar who either tells her what they want to drink and or what shots they want to drink. We were there last night and I had a few different mixed drinks. I even had a shot. Never had it before but it was, yummy.. lol Is located on the "out skirts" of the Deland area. The name of the bar is called "The In Between" There's a pool table, music juke box and plenty of seating space besides sitting at the bar. Clean, bathrooms are clean, plenty of parking. Excellent dive bar! The bartenders and locals are super fun and never shy to talk with strangers. You can always find someone to play pool with, do shots with or tell stories with. The outdoor area is great for events and the drinks are way cheap. Don't expect to ever go over $30 on a day drinking bender, it's impossible.

The owner makes his own pickled eggs and they are delicious. I recommend Sunday for a relaxing afternoon. The bathrooms are small and leave much to be desired, but I would never take points away from a dive bar for this. Part of the...
