Innovative Dining — Restaurant in Florida

Innovative Dining is much more than a catering company. Not only did they prepare and serve a delicious, fresh meal and appetizers, Anna Dunn served as my pre-wedding confidant and day-of coordinator. She and her entire team completely blew me away with their hustle, passion and attention to detail. They were flexible, creative and accommodating, never once made me feel like anything was off limits. From the first conversation I felt like Anna really understood my vision for the event. She and the chef put together a custom, vegetarian-friendly menu (protein-rich and delicious that didn't just consist of a bunch of vegetables!). We also had steak cooked to perfection and fresh salmon for the meat-eaters. All of the food was cooked on-site so it was hot, fresh and so so good. The chef took the time to come around to each table to describe the homemade sauces and suggested food pairings. It was an intimate detail that did not go unnoticed by me or my guests. I truly don't think I would have been able to pull off this event if it weren't for Anna's guidance and expertise. She was courteous, organized and really took initiative to get things done before I even had to ask. She was personally responsible for setting up all the decor and table arrangements, offered helpful referrals for vendors, reviewed my day-of timeline and offered suggestions, helped me think through table sizes and linens, and the list goes on and on. Absolutely delicious food. We hired Innovative Dining for our wedding at the Phillippi Estate mansion. They were very familiar with the venue and its staff, respecting the historical value of the venue.

Our wedding was vegetarian, and their food (and appetizers!) really were stellar. My personal favorites were the edamame samosas, but they served 5 different appetizers. They cooked the food on site (and even rolled in their own stove for the day, since the venue didn't have one.)

I provided my own recipes for cocktails, and they served them, no questions asked.

Anna Dunn was an amazing planner, who went so far above and beyond that I am not even sure that she is a real person. She brought great ideas to us when we didn't know what to do. We also had a pretty unique wedding with a small-ish budget, and Anna worked with all of our intricacies without complaint. True champion.

I can't say enough good things about Innovative Dining. The food was tremendous, and the service was outstanding. We did a celebration of life for my mom at Palma Sola Botanical Gardens. My hope was that it would turn out well. Innovative Dining exceeded my expectations in leaps and bounds. Every guest commented on how wonderful the food was and how each and every person from Innovative Dining took care of all our needs. It was a high-class event that I am very proud of.
