After enjoying Crescent Beach we decided to stop over for some ice cream, and weren't disappointed! They have a nice selection of ordinary and some not so ordinary flavors to choose from. Service was top notch and we were encouraged to sample anything we wanted. Portions are large -- I had to tell her to stop adding ice cream to my cup to avoid over indulging! I had my first affogata and let me tell you, it was fantastic! The espresso was nice and strong but contrasted nicely with the sweetness and richness of the ice cream. I suspect it will be hard to beat this one, but after eating it I am hooked and am looking forward to my next! We will definitely come back here the next time we're at this beach.

It was so cute inside with 30 different hand-scooped flavors of delicious ice cream!! The girl behind the counter was upbeat & friendly. So, I'm back for a second visit & I have more pictures of this cute,little beach ice cream/coffee cafe; I got a waffle cone this time with espresso chip & chocolate peanut-butter!! The service was great,as usual 😀🍨🍨🍨🍨🍨🍨🍨🍨🍨🍨🍧🍧🍧🍧🍦🍦🍦🍦🍦🍦🍦🍦🍦☕☕☕☕☕☕☕☕☕ Went back to Island Ice Cream tonight!!

What a beautiful little cafe! This little gem is tucked away in a small strip mall, but don't let that fool you. The atmosphere gives off a nice ocean/island vibe, the cafe is very neat and clean (including the bathroom!), and the ice cream and coffee I had were excellent. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a small place to relax and enjoy a nice treat.

Patrick served a regular coffee w/milk within minutes of ordering. VERY strong coffee; I recommend asking for 1/3 coffee + 1/3 water + 1/3 milk & LOTS of honey (or sugar), unless you want a straight-up, RockStar brew w/lots of gusto packed into one cup... think 'Truck Stop' coffee... & under $3, too!! Me? I will be ordering their 'Affagota' (espresso w/1scoop ice cream) next time. The freezers are well stocked with LOTS of #IceCream choices with #WaffleCones to cool you off, from the #Florida sun.

Patrick manages the store for his Pops, John. Pat is a super nice, friendly guy, made the coffee taste better. (Note to self: When offered a sweetener, TAKE IT!!)

#IslandIceCreamCafe is easily accessed off the A1A, across from #BeverlyBeach, with two designated parking spots available... only bc summer hasn't quite hit; it's still early...

this place met all my expectations. the customer service is great, the person working there at the register/ with the ice cream and coffee, is very respectful and patient. if there is a long line, you don’t have to wait too long, service is quick. there is a great variety of interesting flavors of ice cream which are of good quality. every ice cream has a description about what it is so you don’t have to stand there wondering whether you would like it or not. when you get your ice cream you get very generous scoops. definitely a bang for your buck. the interior is very creative which goes by a beachy theme. i recommend coming here especially to cool off after a long...
