Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Florida

This location used to be so good. I don’t know what has happened over the last 5 months or so, but the pizza is terrible. The EMB doesn’t even have enough cheese to keep the sauce from scorching in “bald” spots. The Italian cheese bread has died a slow death too. We tried our luck tonight, sure enough the EMB was bald in spots. I would’ve returned it, but my 4 year old was hungry. Management, I don’t know what happened to your store. You used to be the best a year ago. We will order from Papa Johns from now on. You will lose more faithful customers if you do not remedy the problem with all the items being prepared with zero care. Times are hard for everyone, and pizza is a treat for my girls. Sad it wasn’t worth the money.

We recently moved to Lake City, and this location is closest to our home. My girls love pizza, we order a lot of it, and it is always good at this location. Our location at the last city we lived in was hit or miss, mostly miss. This location always makes consistently good pizza, bread sticks. I questioned the ultimate pizza because I wanted a square deep dish. I was told it cost a little more I was fine with that and ordered bread sticks. This was for delivery and they they didn’t deliver to use grub hub. They delivered it last time because I got charged a delivery fee and I questioned the driver and he said he didn’t get anything, and this was a while back because I’m a truck driver and stay at the super 8 sometimes. Well being semi handicap I walked over and picked up my food got back and had a thin crust round. So much for professionalism. I called and they wanted me to bring it back well being 60 with bad hips knees asthma I couldn’t do it again, they should’ve made it right. They said that’s what I ordered if that’s the case why would I specify square deep dish and pay extra. The food I had wasn’t good either the doe on the bread and pizza wasn’t fully cooked and the sauce on the pizza tasted awful. And now you know how this store treats older semi and handicapped people they was wrong and it was up to them to make it right no matter how they get it delivered. I’m done with...

Placed an order online for a pretzel crust pizza with cheese sauce and pepperoni, and a stuffed pretzel crust pizza with cheese sauce and cheese.

Waited 30 minutes. My husband got the pizzas. he told me they didn’t put a name on the pizzas so he was waiting longer than needed. they also forgot to cut one of the pizzas.

Got halfway home before realizing they put pepperoni on one that was supposed to just be cheese.

Turned around, took it in to have it remade, was told it would be 8 minutes. after 8 minutes the lady at the counter took my name down to tell me I can come in to have my order remade within a month. otherwise i’d have to wait another 8 minutes to remake it again third time because I guess the second time went wrong too.

to top it all off, they do not serve the actual pretzel crust pizza at this location. it’s normal crust with salt sprinkled on it. they claimed this is the pretzel crust. (see photo) the cheese sauce is awful, it’s just nacho cheese. I was expecting more of a...
