Local Pizza — Restaurant in Florida

MY 1ST REVIEW going on a year had to update it. As this what i wrote back then: "BEST for just starting out & during COV its truly amazing food we've had almost everything now we are doing custom flavors other day just ordered pizza without any sauce or topping wow really amazing. " NOW AUG 13 FRIDAY 2021- Can't get over it how you've gone for amazing to even better! The Caesars salad 🥗 is weekly thing, only once was it bad, ordered it at 9 pm on Sunday it came out already mixed w/dressing and greens where definitely old, but pizza was amazing. My better half plays baseball had late game, she was desiring Pizza Garlic & Artichokes w/ red sauce has become our mainstream order. NOTE TO OWNER

I'm visiting from Rhode Island in the Northeast of the United States where they have very excellent pizza and are known for different styles through New York to Boston. I wanted to give a review on this pizza down in Florida that is said to be excellent. I must say that I had a very good experience at this restaurant. The server was fantastic and the atmosphere is wonderful. Let's say a few things about the feedback on the pizza.

It gives reminiscent vibes of brick oven pizza. Thin dough with a very flavorful, crispy , and airy crust. The pizza flavors are excellent. They have a whole menu for red pizza and a whole menu for white pizza. We tried the margarita and the O.G.BLT. the margarita was fabulous with that unique flavor to it. The accoutrements accompanying the pizza such as the parmesan cheese the red pepper flakes the pepper and the oil were excellent. This is obviously owned by a person who has much experience in legitimate pizza. As far as the white pizza is concerned while it was good I think more ricotta or other types of cheese are needed on a white pizza because of mozzarella base just kind of seems like cheese without sauce. Something else is needed to differentiate a white pizza. Aside from that it was quite good and the ingredients were absolutely high quality.

Overall excellent job on this establishment. It's been around for about 3 years apparently. And from what I hear from friends and pizza in general from this area this would be some of the best pizza...

Tried Local Pizza for the first time on Saturday afternoon of Memorial Day weekend. My wife and I liked the atmosphere and sat at one of the tables. It was not busy at all due to it being a nice day on a holiday weekend. They have an interesting menu. We ordered the meatballs and artichoke appetizers and a couple of pizzetas, and a couple beers. Good beer selection by the way. Well the meatballs were good but they spaced out and brought the Cauliflower app instead…come on guys?!? We were the ONLY people in there! It was good though. Then they brought us the artichoke app and we liked that as well. (But they charged us for it)(Shouldn’t it be “on the house” to promote a little good will?) Then the pizzetas came… mine was the Arugula and Prosciutto - it had a generous portion of Prosciutto and Arugula and I thought the sauce was flavorful. My wife got the Her Sister pizzeta and they forgot to put on on the pesto sauce. Not a big deal, as they quickly took it back and squirted some on, but, again, come on guys, it was not busy at all so you should not be spacing out on what the order is! I’ve worked in the restaurant business and I know it’s a tough, competitive but rewarding industry. However, there’s too much competition out there so there’s no margin for error especially in the times we’re in. I know this review is like a backhanded compliment and a little ironic. That said, we’ll be back and I recommend checking...
