Mariachi's Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Florida

I have been addicted to this restaurant since i been here for 2 years! They have the best authentic Affordable Mexican food here in gulf breeze, fl. The other restaurants charge high prices for the same delicious food Mariachis has!. If your looking to have a quiet space, perfect food to quality then this is the restaurant! I rescind what I said as you can see in a previous review the first review I was super happy about my shrimp taco but when I ordered it again they forget the shrimp tacos only giving me rice and beans and chips and dip so when I got home o had no idea that they forgot my shrimp and tacos so I immediately called took a picture jus in case to inform them of the problem they told me to being the photo back and to come back when I did I had to wait for it to be remade then when I looked this time it was not the onion cilantro style so I asked If it can be remade because that is what I ordered first the guy declined declined then I got upset and grab the bag of food anyway then another employee comes out to ask why didn’t I grab the plastic bag that it is supposed to be in I simply said for what it’s not what I ordered and now they have to take him so why do I need a bag as he was recording terrible place to eat the food is not that good there are other professional restaurants that make people food as requested do not waste your time with this restaurant I live down the street from them this restaurant is hardly busy nobody knot local go S here unless they are starved worst treatment ever and they’re plenty of Mexican restaurant they provide excellent service not one person came outside to help fix the order instead they just recorded how immature is that !!! Not one time did anybody ask to remake the taco as you can see it looks trashy I am so hurt humiliated and embarrassed by their mistreatment and after that asked can you make it they way I ordered the waiter became upset who would want an upset waiter to remake their taco ??????? Nobody in their right mind should you have to ask twice to get your food made correctly and as soon as you notice that somebody is upset that you’re asking for your food to be corrected especially shrimp tacos made sloppy and not cilantro style be in fear of what this restaurant will do to your food As you can see how small the shrimp is so when you ask for them to make it correctly look at the mistreatment over these little...

I ordered two shrimp tacos with rice and beans when I got home unraveling my orcas on the bag the shrimp tacos were not o. I’m y bag only rice and beans and chips and dip so I immediately called the restaurant to inform them that I did not receive my shrimp tacos they told me to take a picture as I did to show what I was given when I cam back to the restaurant they were excessive and asking me for proof of the video so they showed them when they remade my order the shrimp taco was extremely sloppy they did not make it the onion cilantro style when I asked can it be diced they became extremely upset saying they are not going to remake my taco then when they saw me taking pictures of the food another employee followed me to the car with video recording asking me why did you not take the plastic bag to put my food in the bag I simply replied on camera because you refused to make my order for a cilantro style I didn’t want this I paid for the order regardless that it was not what I wanted I was forced to pay so I did my order suck’s this is not what o wanted but they were to lazy to provide excellent service so here’s picture of my order which is supposed to be two shrimp taco cilantro style with rice n beans how simple is that nobody and I mean nobody offered to fix the error instead they sent some guy to come and record me racist and unprofessional go to another professional...

We had dinner last night for 1st as we hear this is a good place. It was busy when we came in and we were seated at the back area where they had big group who celebrate birthday . Food is good and service is So so because he never asked if we wanna order another beer or refill my drink . We did not see him around when we wanna another beer so we thought that he was busy on the other side but when we walked in outside , nope it was not busy . So, when we finished the food, he came in and gave us box for to go and small container for the salsa sauce and the bill. Done and ready to go and we have to passed by the big party to get out from there and when we walked , one of those party hands touched our small container which contain of salsa and most of the sauce are on the floor. And we walked and met a guy who is server too and told him about what happened and someone need to mop the floor and we asked if we can have more salsa sauce for our food to go. And you know what ? He said he cannot and what he can do is only give us the new small container but no salsa sauce. Oh really ?????? This is ridiculous !!he only offered us to change the small container ?
