Sunday morning. Most of the time we always use the drive-thru, no different today. Young girl was having problems taking our order, not difficult 1-7 on the menu board. Asked for one sandwich to have an english muffin in place of the bisquet. Drive up to the window and recieve our cold food but the muffin order was also Wrong. My wife went into the resturant to explain the problem and tripped on the way in, jamming her toe on the raised curb. When entering , the woman in the car ahead of us had our sandwich and we had hers, OMG ,threw the workers into a state of SHOCK on how to handle the mix up.My wife also asked for the manager, who gave her name with attitude and said she was not required to give her last name and could not produce an accident report form. When asking for the owners name , she instructed my wife to use the number on the front door. Ripping off a piece of reciept paper for her to write down the phone number. How unprofessional,.My wife left the business with no meal, no money back . We called three numbers and the last one was ....leave a text message. After leaving two messages a young gentelman called and was very professional, listened and agreed the manager was wrong and asked how he could help. We filed an accident report with him and he again called my wife back later to see how she was doing. This will be the last time we ever stop at the Woodbine location and hopefully the General Manager can do some trainning before promoting someone to shift manager . Sometimes we forget to realize who pays your paycheck at the end of each week. McDonalds on Woodbine....think before you stop for attitude...
Read moreI placed an order on the McDonald's app. When I got there I checked in and waited and waited no one brought out my order so I went to the drive thru window and you can see the workers inside so I knocked on the window as im watching the manager she looks at the window told me Im not opening the window told me I was crazy they were closed . she did a talk to the hand motion and turned her back to me. So I knocked on the window again and yelled I had a order already placed on line she told me to contact door dash ! that they were closed for maintenance. (I didn't use door dash I used the McDonald's app.)So I left and my credit card was charged the order total $44.62 on December 29 2021 . I have emailed McDonald's and they told me they would be contacting that store and the store manager would either contact me or just refund my money on the card it was taken off of . Well it's now January 15 2022 and still no refund on my card . I haven't heard anything from the store .I really didn't want to go back to the store after the manager called me crazy. Because that was me being nice .In no way did I act out or up . So I emailed McDonald's again and I'm waiting on a reply so I guess if nothing is done in a few day I will be contacting corporate . Maybe they will be able to resolve it .. But long story short McDonald's took money for an order that I never received because they were closed for maintenance! The Manager called me crazy and totally disrespected me . I will not be eating McDonald's again and I will let my friends and family know how the manager likes to treat...

Highway 90 between Milton and the bay is the new Davis Highway-like morass of the panhandle. Incredibly poor egress if you wish to go east. If you wish to go west, you are resigned to relying on the notorious sphincters who gleefully refuse to allow you to merge into the nonstop traffic jam. It's a confetti-storm wankerfest getting out of here.
But. Pretty quick service and the pickles are between the buns, not pasted to the outside of the bag. They hide the condiments poorly, so after you order, slide all the way left and reach over the inadequate counter to grab what you think you will need. Because, really, stoking my hypertension with three packets of salt should be my private decision, not subject to a papal-like dispensation by the Ketchup Knights Templar, although I'd be happy to discuss the issue with Mayor McCheese. Oh. Wait. McDoodles' geenyus management killed all of the 40+-year-old brand icons a few years ago.
Eh. Where was I? Â Anyway. I haven't been through the drive-thru here. It's pretty busy and hopefully pretty efficient. I wouldn't know. I'm not a lazy sociopath that can't be assed to take 4 minutes to park, walk inside, and complete a simple...
