This was probably the worst experience I've had at this location we had ordered our food to dine in so our daughter could play on the playground and apparently several big orders like school buses or something came through the drive-thru is what I think they tried to say and so they got service first our food was still being prepared after almost 25 minutes my husband's lunch break was almost over and we still have not gotten served yet I went up to go check on her food it was sitting on the counter like it was ready to be brought out and I stood up there another 5 or 6 minutes still waiting for the food I guess the manager came over and said that they were waiting for chicken nuggets but in the meantime everything else that they had sitting on that tray was cold I don't understand why they didn't just keep it all in the hot area until it was ready. I stood there another 6 minutes just watching the food sit there on the train everything was getting cold when they finally added the hot chicken nuggets I was able to receive the food it was basically an edible the fries were horrible the burgers nothing tasted good basically except for the chicken nuggets and I couldn't even go back up there and have them remake it because there were so many people upset in the lobby still waiting to get their food who are now going on you know a half hour 40 minutes too. The manager he was a younger kid maybe you know in his late twenties or early thirties had earbuds in was so nonchalant you know like it was no big deal it was a very very disappointing experience and we didn't even get a receipt so I can make a complaint about it because we use the kiosk they don't like ringing people up there if they don't have to they really try to encourage you to use the kiosks. This was the condition of the women's bathroom and the think about this is there was an employee in the other stall who walked by this and wouldn't use the restroom so I had to use this facility with my daughter and then she walked out after washing her hands and went straight back to work and didn't tell anybody the manager or even tried to clean it up herself that's how much they care. Read moreWent through the drive thru as I ordered 10 piece nuggets, 2 coffee and 2 ice teas. My only complaint with my order, is that I really wish they would date and time when their tea is made and after idk maybe 6-8 hours, if not already remade, that Mc Donald's employees would remake the ice tea. Because the 2 large teas I received yesterday evening around 2100, was stronger than the coffee I used to drink in the military! And just to give you an example of the strength of the coffee in the military, while catching a ride with my unit on the way to the Persian Excursion I had purchased a plastic cup with the name in the ship on it. By the time we made it to the Gulf, and just prior to my unit catching a helo to the area we were to first report to, I was pouring a cup of coffee into above said cup I purchased when one of the members of my unit started laughing saying I couldn't even hit my cup as coffee was pouring into the deck. I looked at my cup then stopped pouring coffee. And when I looked inside my cup I saw that the coffee had eventually made a hole into the bottom of my cup!! I showed this to the person who had made a comment to me. We both just stared at the bottom of the cup, then our OIC came by and stopped asking what we were doing, as I was holding up the line for other people to get a cup of joe. When I showed him my cup and explained everything. Read moreHave you ever walked into a McDonald's and they tell you they have no hamburgers no meat of any kind, that they can sell you fryed food only,well it happened today and the people that ordered their food in the store did not get their food it was given to the drive-thru instead the people in line.Upsetting very very very very very many people most walked out went elsewhere for lunch. Also still standing there observed a manager hollering at a customer when customer asking for refund manager still there for 5 minutes saying I will give you free food instead of just handing the customer his money and letting him leave and go elsewhere. Customer hadn't received food yet ,his food went out the window that's why he asked for a refund. the manager lost total control of the store not only of its customers but also of its employees . Manager was totaly out of control grabbing food putting it in bags and handing it to the drive-thru instead of taking orders in their proper sequence that had come up on the monitors. no regards to order process manager needs to be removed immediately you do not speak to your customers and or employees in the way this person was. Come to find out they had electrical problems Breakers were blowing and the store manager still showed no regard towards its customers or employees with their safety. Only to get product out the drive thru window in 60 seconds or less so they don't lose their rating on customer service...
